Feasibility study of smart city realization in Ardabil city based on smart growth indicators

The present research has been carried out with the aim of feasibility study of smart city in Ardabil city based on smart growth indices. The research method is descriptive-analytical and it is one of the applied researches. The statistical population of the four districts of Ardebil is based on a detailed plan of 2004. The sample size was calculated based on Cochran's formula and Morgan's table. Based on the total number of 160 statistical population, the sample size was 113. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire that measures the three dimensions of socio-economic indices, physical (infrastructure) indices and environmental-access indices. In order to determine the weight of the indices and to rank the areas according to the indices studied, we use the Network Analysis Model (ANP and AHP) in Decision Super software, for spatial analysis and final map presentation of Arc Gis software, to facilitate field survey analysis and The decision-making process uses the ANP network analysis process to achieve some of the research objectives. The results show that among Ardebil districts, Zones 1 and 4 had the potential of smart city with 0.33 and 0.26, respectively, and Zone 3 with 0.20 had semi potential and Zone 2 had 19. / 0 lacked the potential of smart city. In general, the results show that there is a significant difference between urban areas of Ardabil in terms of proportion to smart urban growth indices, and the degree of utilization of different areas of research indicators is not the same.
