The structural-interpretive model of women's leadership competencies in Iran's national standard organizatio
The purpose of this research is to provide a structural-interpretive model of women's leadership competencies in the National Standards Organization of Iran. This research was developmental in terms of purpose and was done in two phases. First, by using the meta-composite qualitative method and by screening, studying, scientific and systematic coding of 62 previous valid articles, the dimensions, components and indicators of the model of women's leadership competencies were identified and validated by the Delphi method. Validity and reliability were confirmed through Glynn's tool, face and content validity and agreement between two coders and Kappa coefficient. In the second phase of the research, from the structural-interpretive model and asking the opinions of 12 university experts, leveling and drawing the interactive relationships of the components were done. The findings show that the components of the first level of the model include (influential elements) environmental and managerial characteristics and in the second level (elements of internal structure) personal characteristics and interpersonal relationships and in the third level (influential elements) professional characteristics and male components. This research by leveling and determining the priority of effective components in women's leadership competence; It can help organizations to better identify their future leaders and develop them for the future by using a competency-based approach to leadership.
