The effectiveness of skill training in the success of crime scene experts in Kerman province
The present research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of skill training in the success of crime scene experts in Kerman province in 1400.
This research was developed in terms of purpose, applied, and in terms of method, descriptive-survey. The statistical population of this research was 31 crime scene experts. To collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used at the level of reaction, learning behavior and results. Descriptive statistical methods, one-sample t-test and independent t-test were used to analyze the data.
The findings of the research showed a high level of satisfaction among the students, and among them, the highest level of satisfaction was with the planning and order of the trainings and the lowest level of satisfaction was with the tools of the trainings. The amount of learning of the students in the courses has been positive, and also regarding the analysis of behavior changes and results from the students' point of view, based on the average and significance level calculated, it can be said that the behavioral changes and results in this dimension are at a favorable level.
The results show that skill training has a positive effect on the success of crime scene experts in different components, so that the level of effectiveness is relatively high
