Abstract:
Background and Aim

In today's era, due to the increase of global challenges in the fields of human rights and international security, the responsibility to protect has become a key concept in legal and political discussions. This article aims to examine the role of international norms, ideologies and identities in its formation and implementation with the aim of a detailed investigation of the responsibility of support from the perspective of constructivism theory.

Materials and Methods

This article is descriptive and analytical. Materials and data are also qualitative and data collection was used in collecting materials and data.

Ethical Considerations: 

In this article, the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness are observed.

Findings

Through an innovative approach that includes case analysis and a review of international documents, this research shows how social structures and interactive processes not only affect compilation; Rather, they influence the interpretation and implementation of the responsibility of support. By examining the challenges ahead and providing solutions to overcome these obstacles, the article evaluates the current situation of the responsibility of protection in the framework of the international system and offers suggestions to improve its effectiveness.

Conclusion

The results of this research emphasize the importance of understanding social structures in international law and the necessity of revising the traditional approaches to the responsibility of protection, with the aim of promoting accountability and international support against humanitarian crises.
