Copyright in Light of Deterrent Punishment of Criminal Law

Necessity of protection from copyright by invention and development of print industry and technology of software, distress governments. Unlawful copying disturbs the public order of human societies. Moreover it falls in danger the economic and political security of people and governments. For this, some countries because of the high value of human intellectual heritage and collective consent in protection from creators of intellectual art, criminalize the infringement of copyright as crime. Also, Iranian legislative for protecting these kinds of rights, criminalize the unlawful copyright. In this article, we try to comprehend and criticize the maker parts of criminal protection and shape of deterrent tools for violators of copyright by examining the criminal law about copyright.
