The relationship between learning organization's components and informal learning in Isfahan girl's high school

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between learning organization’s components (leadership based on perspective planning, information acquisition dissemination, and creativity and functional oriented) and informal learning. Research method used was descriptive and correlation type. Statistical population were consisted of 3784 female teachers of Esfahan girl’s high schools in 1386-87 academic year. 200 individuals were randomly selected through cluster sampling method. The instrument used was wick and Leon questionnaire that comprised of 20 items and informal learning questionnaire developed by the researcher which comprised of 23 items. The reliability questionnaire for learning organization was (0/86) and for informal learning (0/81). Data were analyzed with Pearson correlation coefficient. Research result indicated that there was a significant relationship between learning organization’s component s and informal learning.
