Applying the Approach Urban Functions in Rural Development in Nourabad and around villages

In spatial arena of human settelements, the ineguality in revenue distribution, allocation of influencing sources and limitation of access to facilities and services is always considered as difficulties and broblems of rural development and creation of balance between city and village. For this reason, the authorities try to present guidelines and opinions for all over developing in different levels.Therefore, the trend of urban functions in rural development as guideline with emphasis on absorbing services and facilities especially in small towns and around villages along with presenting organic relation in hierarical systemic framework between cities and villages can pave the way for the growth and development for villages. This study tries to investigate about the position of Nourabad(Center of Mammasani) in the development of around villages, mainly Bakesh1, and to this end it use the theorefical framework and the techniques of in above approach.to reach this goal, the centralization index and classification of the villages of this town in comparison to city are used and socio-economical function espicaly the mediating rule of Nourabad Based om field studies will be explored. The study shows that Nourabad has an important bilateral roles;i.e. These relations not only help the growth and development of the city but also builds the foundation for rural development in different aspects.
