The Investigation of the Role of changing management in promoting the organizational efficiency in the very large Branches of Islamic Azad University, Mazandaran province
This article seeks to clarify the role of transformational management in promotion of organizational efficiency in very large branches of Islamic Azad Universities in Mazandaran. The questions the researchers tried to investigate in this paper were related to the connection between transformational management and personnel's empowerment, the flourishing of personnel's potential talents, people's participation in organization objectives, implementation, effectiveness, and personnel's education as well as the popularization of cooperative moral in individuals. The research method of this paper is descriptive and the survey type. The opinions of experts and members of faculty were asked in order to determine important indices, and professors were asked in order to study the connection between transformational management and personnel empowerment. The research tool is a researcher-made questionnaire. The study population was 986 people and the method of sampling was random and the number of subjects as research sample consisted of 278 staff. The results showed the role of transformational management in promotion organizational efficiency in very large branches of Islamic Azad Universities in Mazandaran .
