    Current life has faced to keeping animals, and this is prescribed in Islam to keep some animals such as: pigeon, rooster, nightingale, and etc. and keeping some others is prevented. In the current society, this question has been risen that why keeping an animal such as dog, which has good traits, is prevented in Islam? And why keeping od dog has been common in spite of its prevention? the history and reason of this adventure in western countries, in this article, was provided and then the reasons of its entrance in Islamic society, and its disadvantages were studied. Dog as an animal which has been with Man, and as other animal, in Islam, entitles rights. Because of lack of proper family system in western countries, and fade of emotional relations, keeping dogs has been appeared. Keeping dogs has social and personal disadvantages, and this false culture, unfortunately, has spread, that has different reasons, and caused to many risks in Islamic society. Some, also, attribute keeping dogs to Imam Hussain (P.H)’s utterings, that is rejected by studying of narrations and Quran verses.

    In the holy religion of Islam, the Qur’an, since its descent, has always been emphasized on the citizenship rights, and Allah Almighty mentions the Muslims in Surah Hijarat, verse 13, the aim of creating them as males, females and tribes and colors and different races, is because of determination each other, and aware of their duties and responsibilities, and respect and regard the rights; types of citizenship rights, in Islam, are: political, civil, economic, social, cultural, and judicial, that regarding these rights behalf of Islamic governments to people, people to each other, and people to government, a clam and secure society has been made, and Muslim credibility has been increased day by day; and no person’s citizenship right will be violated, and all citizen entitle equivalent right; however, those who strive and are with piety, will surely have more dignity and more salary.

    The meaning of enemy in Quran and supreme leader’s words is what the authors are reading in this article, and also respond to this question who the enemy is?, and how many kinds of enemy are existed? So we studied the importance of recognizing of enemy, and as the first is step of fighting with enemy is recognition of enemy, the approaches of recognition of enemy and dealing with that, in the supreme leader’s words, were studied, and that Imam Khomeini was a recognizer of enemy, and tried to inform society, and the realities and hostility of enemy were provided. And then, Imam Khomeini’s ends for fighting with enemy and recognizing of enemy’s details and importance of Jihad against enemy, in Imam Khamenei’s words, are studied.

    One of the civil liberties is freedom of expression, that is paid attention, these days, by media developments, is not easy to ignore the issue of freedom of expression in light of current sensitivities. Observing this issue, especially, is a criterion for the development of countries. As Islam ha ignored no matter, and human rights is highly respected in this religion, by considering the importance of the issue of freedom of expression, we paid attention to the importance and evaluation of this freedom in Islam. Generally, the issue of freedom can be divided into three divisions: individual freedom, civil liberties and political freedom. Individual freedom is a set of freedoms that have been considered in the individuality of the individual, such as freedom of right to life, freedom of domicile and travel, or the freedom of residence, freedom of ownership, freedom of occupation, freedom of thought, freedom of religion. Civil liberties are a community-based set of freedoms that include freedom of expression, freedom of association, freedom of joining in forums, freedom of the press and freedom of the media. Political liberties mean that citizens or groups and parties are given the right to act in order to participate in the political or social arena, whether they are in favor of the government or against it. Freedom of expression, which is considered a form of civil liberty, includes the freedom of the writings and the press or the absolute broadcasting. It’s understood, by regarding the Quranic and narrative and rational reasons, that the freedom of expression has been highly emphasized by Islamic law, religious narrations and Islamic infallible leaders’ (prophet and Imams) practice.

    Islam, undoubtedly, like other religions, has duties and forbids behalf Allah Almighty for all Muslims, that among these rules, Islam has forbidden sexual immorality and considered it as a heinous act. Because of this rule, we wanted to examine the cause or causes of this verdict of Haram and its obscenity, and tried to aware of decisive and possible harms which is supposed for this denied act. However, it’s obvious that this act is caused of libido’s superiority on wisdom, and this question is arisen if this human instinct is controllable by heaven rules? And if it was uncontrollable, what would their aftermath are? Toward this end, by using library method and studying concerned book, defined the adultery and its types at first, and then provide Quran views in this matter and some forbidding reasons. The pathology of adultery in society, in the field of studying knowledge and in the economic field, is one of the issues that is being addressed, and ultimately, the limit and punishment of adultery is determined.

    Students have acquired a knowledge about principles of religious jurisprudence matters after studying books in this field. And in some of the issues, not only does ignorance be eliminated, but also a series of bugs and questions remain that can only be solved by studying principle of jurisprudence books, and achieving the decisive answer. One of the topics that can be mentioned is the topic of general and specific. Such issues and issues can be confused beginners of this science, although they would be obvious for many scholars. This paper was made in library method, in which the student and researcher refer to the reference books, and then by listing the resources and the few explanations made the article. If we assume that general and the absolute are different, it can be said that absolute is not conditional upon the word, but it is possible that the singular verb would be absolute and, at the same time, would be special. It is possible that general and specific evidence only exists on the condition of the object from the word, and this is in a state that, in absolute and conditioned terms, is contrary to this principle. To these two differences between the general and the special, the absolute, and the conditioned, it is mentioned in the books of principles of religious jurisprudence that we will discuss it.
