  • Validation of the indigenous model of citizenship education in the elementary school
Seyedeh Janat Mousavi, Abbas Gholtash *, Farzaneh Vasefian Page 1

The present study was conducted with the aim of validating the local model of citizenship education for the elementary school in Iran. The statistical population consists of all primary teachers of the four educational districts of Shiraz, numbering 7577 people; Based on Cochran's formula and stratified random method proportional to the volume, 390 people participated in the research. The data collection tool is a researcher-made questionnaire with 57 questions based on a five-point Likert scale. In order to validate the local model presented by the authors of this article (Mousavi, Qoltash and Vasifian, 1402), the technique of the results of the factor analysis technique was used to teach citizenship rights for the elementary school in Iran. Accordingly, in all confirmatory factor analysis models, factor loadings were higher than 0.5 and significant. The validity of confirmatory factor analysis models was confirmed through convergent construct validity and reliability through composite reliability. Also, the values of goodness-of-fit indices (GFI), smoothed goodness-of-fit index (NFI), comparative goodness-of-fit indices (CFI) and incremental goodness-of-fit index (IFI) were obtained greater than 0.90; which are considered an acceptable value to confirm the suitability of the model. Also, the root mean square residual index (RMSEA) was less than 0.08, which means that the models have a good fit; And finally, the chi-square value of the degree of freedom (Chi2/df) was less than 3,which indicates the appropriate fit of the model. The probability of the chi-square statistic greater than 0.05 showed that all models are suitable at the 95% confidence level

The current research aimed to provide a curriculum model for health literacy in primary school. The research method was qualitative and grounded theory type. The data were collected through 20 semi-structured interviews of selected experts and elites with purposeful sampling and were coded and analyzed in three stages. A model including 5 dimensions, 12 main categories, and 26 sub-categories was presented and validated by members' check. The sub-themes that came under the causal conditions were: health-oriented society, change in lifestyle, industrialization of society, the emergence of various physical and mental diseases in society, movement from traditional literacy to modern literacy, attention to multiple knowledge, and decay of knowledge. The sub-themes that came under the underlying conditions were: involvement in health problems and students' need for information, parents' demand to provide health-related information and knowledge to students, teachers' demand to develop health-related knowledge in students, the needs of various institutions and organizations to equip students with up to date information and knowledge in the field of health. . The consequences were: improvement of personal health, promotion of healthy lifestyle, increase of health level in the society, reduction of costs caused by physical and mental diseases, encouragement to acquire knowledge in the field of health, reduction of intellectual poverty of children in connection with diseases. An inclusive curriculum covering all the contextual, environmental, technical, and informational dimensions of health literacy was also identified as a central category.

    Purpose

There is still no model for accrediting the educational programs of this organization. Based on this, the modeling of the structural equations of the accreditation of the educational program of human resources of Qazvin province has been researched.

    Methodology

This research is practical in terms of collecting survey data and cross-sectional time. The statistical population of the research was 16,689 education personnel of Qazvin province based on the data of the LTMS system. The sample size was estimated to be 300 people using the Krejcie and Morgan table and was selected by stratified random method. To collect the data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used from the qualitative section, and to describe them, average and standard deviation statistics were used. Confirmatory factor analysis and Friedman's test were used to analyze the data in spss and smartpls software at a significance level of 0.05.

    Findings

Based on the results of the confirmatory factor analysis test, the accreditation model of the Qazvin province education human resources training program has the dimensions of human resources, contextual factors, organizational factors, efficiency and performance, and specific components and indicators of each dimension. Also, based on the results of Friedman's test, there is a significant difference between the ranks of the dimensions and components of this model.

    Conclusion

The lack of a two-way correlation of the dimensions of the model indicates the lack of flexibility and modification of the components of this program.

Moocs are web-based courses that have a great impact on the curriculum of higher education. The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of the curriculum based on Moocs in higher education in Iran. By examining the collection of research conducted in this field and studying the number of 26 articles as a statistical population about mock-based education, a statistical sample including 20 articles that were more closely related to the topic of discussion was selected and the results were examined, evaluated and compared. The mentioned articles were selected from reliable databases such as noormags, SID, magiran, Google, etc. By reviewing the collection of articles and analyzing the applied curriculum based on Mock in the higher education system of Iran, it can be concluded that the use of distance education model based on Mock technology increases the academic engagement and academic performance of the students who undergo this training were taken, it is effective. The summary of the analysis results also indicates that the characteristics of a complete model of distance education based on Mooc, according to the summary of the opinions of experts in this field, include several basic and important stages, which are: preparation, analysis, educational design, development, implementation, evaluation, revision and optimization. Therefore, this model can be used to teach students through the mock environment.
