  • Providing a Branding Model for a Selection of Sports Products
Marjan Mirjalili *, Zahra Hajianzehae, Ali Zarei, Farideh Ashraf Ganjouei Pages 0-0
Despite the high capacity of sport products market and the considerable productive potential in Iran, activists have not achieved much success in this field. One of the main challenges of this industry is the weakness in branding and marketing products because there is no capital more efficient than a powerful name. In the first phase of this research, the indexes of several articles focusing on branding were obtained in authentic sources, and then the index extraction was completed through semi-structured interviews with branding and sports products experts. In the second phase, in order to investigate the appropriateness of the extracted indicators with the local conditions of the country and the field of Irani an sports brands, The Fuzzy Delphi method was used and a questionnaire was given to academic and industry experts to determine that the indicators are appropriate to the field. In the third phase, using the data-based method, a paradigm model for branding sports products was developed. This model has been evaluated by the structural equation modeling method with PLS approach. The data analysis revealed that the final model comprised a set of phenomenon-based indicators, intervening factors in branding, causal and influential factors, contextual factors, strategies and the consequences. In this study, several categories were achieved in the branding of sports products field, to which paying attention will culminate in the ultimate goal of branding.

  • Preservation and Revival of Iranian Handicrafts: A Case Study of Tabari Chuqa Weaving Art in Mazandaran Province
Fatemeh Aghajani, Mohammad Gorbanian, Javad Nouri Page 0

Iranian handicrafts, with their intricate patterns and vibrant designs, are at risk in the modern era. To protect this rich heritage, we must blend tradition with contemporary tastes while staying true to Iranian culture. Clothing is the most obvious cultural symbol and the most important and specific aspect of ethnicity and tribe, which is quickly affected by acculturation phenomena among different societies. In this tapestry of crafts, Mazandarani hand-woven textiles like Chador Shab, Jajim, Galim, and Chugha cloth stand tall. Among them, Tabari Chuqa shines as a unique weaving art in Mazandaran, setting itself apart from Chuqa fabrics made elsewhere in Iran. Unlike the standard felt-making process, Tabari Chuqa weaves its story through intricate techniques. This research delves deep into the Tabari Chuqa production, unveiling its secrets stage by stage. Field research and heartfelt conversations with devoted artisans paint a vivid picture. This study is a beacon for preserving the exceptional cultural legacy woven into Tabari Chuqa art in Mazandaran province, Iran.

This study reports the antibacterial capability a low density polyethylene (LDPE) modified with ZnO nanoparticles using Sol Gel technique. Antibacterial activity of prepared films against Escherichia coli (E. coli) and Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) was examined. The operational conditions such as pH, time, amount of ZnO nanoparticles and silanol concentration was optimized using respond surface methodology (RSM). The proposed film under optimum condition was applied for packaging of milk sample. The highest antibacterial activity of ZnO/LPDE were pH (6.0), time (103 min), amount of ZnO nanoparticles (0.68 % w/v) and silanol agent concentration (4.81 % v/v). The antibacterial properties of ZnO/LDPE films were assessed based on the diameter of inhibition zone in a disk diffusion test against E. coli and S. aureus. These films have significantly reduced the growth of mentioned bacteria. Overall, antimicrobial packaging shows promise as an effective method for the inhibition of certain bacteria include E. coli and S. aureus in milk. The resulting ZnO/LDPE package films containing Milk sample exhibit superior and prolonged antibacterial activity against E. coli and S. aureus during 7 and 14 days.

In present study, two components of Ag/SiO2 nanocomposite were prepared by the Sonochemical method and then the PET/cotton fabric treated with Ag/SiO2 nanoparticles (Ag/SiO2 NPs) by Pad-Dry method. The treated fabric dyed at the optimum condition with direct dyes. The influence of the Ag/SiO2 nanocomposite on the performance of PET/cotton fabric was investigated by the use of X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), electron dispersive X-ray spectroscope (EDX) and reflectance spectrophotometer (RS). TEM images of Ag/SiO2 showed the particles size were 30-70 nm. SEM results of Ag/SiO2 nanocomposite powders show that nanoscale particles are well formed, also SEM micrograph of treated fabrics indicated that the nanoparticles were well dispersed on the surface of sample. EDX results showed the presence of nanoparticles increased on the surface of samples with increase concentration of colloid solution nanoparticles. The antibacterial properties were determined by reduction growth of a Gram-negative bacterium E. coli and a Gram-positive bacterium Staphylococcus aureus. Photo-catalytic activities of the coated PET/cotton fabric were evaluated through the degradation of methylene blue under UV irradiation.

the color has a special representation in customs and rituals. Clothing is the most obvious cultural symbol and the most important and specific aspect of ethnicity and tribe, which is quickly affected by acculturation phenomena among different societies. The wedding dress has also been one of the important characteristics and dominated by this cultural element. which has been conducted in a descriptive-analytical way. Field and library methods have been used to collect information to study the symbolic role of the color of the wedding ceremony dress of the girls of the Caspian region of Iran and how it is influenced by its ethnic-tribal identity. The results of the research indicate that the application of color in the marriage ritual of the Caspian regions of Iran has symbolic meanings in addition to aesthetic aspects and is related to the theme of the intended ritual. For example, the presence of the green color in the wedding dress of the northern regions of Iran is a symbol of the greenery and freshness of these regions and indicative of the fertility and greenness of the couple. White color is a symbol of honesty and purity and the beginning of life based on intimacy. which is often seen in the headscarves of the brides in these regions. The symbolic role of red in these rituals is love, life, and happiness. As a result of the flexibility, the green color and red power are good complements for any beginning, including the beginning of a marital life,
