In recent years, there has been a surge in research exploring the potential of Machine Learning (ML) for predicting water pump failures. While some studies have focused on supervised approaches, others have delved into unsupervised methods. However, the challenge lies in identifying the key variables crucial for accurate failure predictions. This study bridges this gap by consulting domain experts to discern essential variables, including water catchment area level, water quality index, lubrication frequency, water reservoir temperature, operating time, and power interruptions count. Employing supervised ML methods, specifically multiple regression and decision tree cart, the research aims to enhance the precision of failure predictions, shedding light on less-explored variables that play a significant role in pump failure.

Supply Chain Management (SCM) is an integrated system of planning and control of materials and information, including suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and customers. Chain performance measurement is an important issue in SCM. Also, given that the information plays a key role in improving supply chain performance, the kind and amount of information sharing should be investigated. In this paper, the effect of information sharing on supply chain performance will be evaluated. In this way, 17 different scenarios of information sharing are defined and ranked using the cross-efficiency method. Finally, values for different scenarios using simulations and Rockwell Software Arena V5 are reported. The obtained results show that the proposed model is quite valid and efficient and can be easily applied to real-world cases.

A wide range of cities in the country and especially big cities are facing complex issues and problems in the areas of urban poverty, lack of safety, lack of infrastructure and services, structural instability of buildings and identity crisis. So far, many efforts have been made to change the existing conditions of these areas and neighborhoods by the country's government and municipalities, but unfortunately, the process of their environmental, social and economic decline has continued or has been raised in other statuss. The necessity of applying the urban regeneration approach to the highest levels of urban development planning (comprehensive urban development plans) was taken into account due to the existing gaps in responding to the issue of improving the quality of life in these plans, and the lack of alignment of their content with the plans for organizing inefficient urban areas due to the existing gaps in responding to the issue of improving the quality of life in the current development plans and programs of the government and municipalities (comprehensive urban development plans) and also the lack of alignment of their content with the plans for organizing inefficient urban areas. According to this necessity, the Iran urban development and improvement company has put on the agenda to revise the conventional master plans by conducting applied research by compiling the service description of "comprehensive urban regeneration plan". The urban regeneration approach with a comprehensive and specific view of the city should guide the development of human, financial and material resources in the city towards social development (sustainability and identity of societies), by using economic and institutional capacities and in a context of actualized capacities. natural and environmental and by using the published guidelines and localizing it according to the unique characteristics of the city under study by creating an environment that can be rationalized and by avoiding stereotypes and preconceived encounters and by relying on the city's exclusive database derived from the capacities its environmental, social, economic, cultural and institutional.

This study embarks on a data-driven exploration to understand the perceptions of overseas residents regarding the development of tourism in Qingdao, a significant coastal city in China. Despite the pivotal role of tourism in regional economic growth, the views of foreign residents, who can act as cultural ambassadors, have been relatively underexplored in existing literature. This research fills this gap by conducting a comprehensive questionnaire survey among Qingdao's overseas community. The survey aims to gather insights into the economic, socio-cultural, and environmental impacts of tourism as perceived by this unique demographic. The study utilizes advanced computational methods to analyze the collected data, offering a nuanced understanding of how variables such as age, income, and personal connections to tourism influence these perceptions. The findings reveal diverse viewpoints, shaped by various demographic factors, highlighting the complexity of tourism impact assessment from the perspective of foreign residents. This research contributes to the broader discourse on sustainable tourism development, providing valuable inputs for policymakers and stakeholders in Qingdao to tailor tourism strategies that are more inclusive and representative of all residents' views. The results have broader implications for understanding the role of foreign residents in shaping the tourism landscape in global destinations.

This review provides an overview of the medicinal plant Cordia myxa (Boraginaceae), its pharmacognostic profile, traditional uses, and various medicinal importance in various aspects of medicinal science and recent developments in novel drug delivery. Recent trend of people shifting to natural products from synthetic ones opens up numerous ways of research in the field of natural products in drug therapeutics. This shift provides a wide range of options for designing natural product-based drugs with minimal side effects. Cordia myxa is a rich source of alkaloids, resins, terpenoids, coumarins, gums, etc., providing a wide range of activities. Cordia myxa is being investigated in various aspects other than medicinal purposes, viz. nutritional, medical dressing, supplements, etc. Cordia myxa is an ethnomedicinal plant in different world regions, including India. Traditional people utilized it for various purposes, viz. respiratory issues, making pickles, an alternative to paper glue, dyspepsia, fever, etc. Cordia myxa revealed various chemical components, proving its medicinal importance. Evaluation of pharmacological and therapeutic activities confirmed the Cordia myxa plant's hypotensive, respiratory stimulant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, diuretic and immunomodulatory properties. In this review, we summarized the available published information on Cordia myxa and also discussed the enormous potential to serve as a drug candidate.
