Introducing the Deterministic Factors in Pathology of Researches Conducted toward Islamic Management and Offering Solutions using AHP-QFD

The Aim of this research consists of pathology of researches conducts in Islamic management area; offer a concise categorization of factors and trends, and finally suggestion of practical solutions. The research method has been picked from descriptive approached and used survey as main tool. Firstly literature review conducted to collect the records of prior works. Then interview and questionnaire used to introduction and set priority for lacks and solutions. For analysis of sample AHP and QFD implicated. The analysis related to pair comparisons conducted by Super Decision. The results show that structural problems are at the top of priorities. Policy, methodological, cultural, human and motivation problems are at the next priorities. The fact that motivation problems take place at bottom, show that despite limitation in research, it can be a major area of interest for Islamic management researches.
