Introduction to Basics of Organization Responsibilities According to Islamic View

Today, organizations are an integral part of human life. This Phenomenon affects human life directly or indirectly. One of the research subjects in management studies is corporate responsibility and a detailed concept that is corporate social responsibility. In this paper an attempt has been made to study the main topic of corporate responsibility from the Islamic perspective without reviewing the conventional management literature, and design its conceptual dimensions. Based on this, initial model was developed based on literature studies and for confirmation its statements, the primary model has been presented to experts in Islamic management. Finally, the model is formed in three dimensions: what (content elements), why (contextual elements) and how (process elements). The first dimension consists of asking for responsibilities, responsible, responsibility to identify and types of the responsibilities. In the second dimension, we explain why an organization has responsibility and some conditions for this has been presented such as knowing, organization activities domain and power and ability to act. Finally in the third dimension which is the process of questioning the rules of asking the organization has been presented. Provision, attention, calculation, and giving thanks to God must be considered in this dimension.
