Entrepreneurship Education

Aim and In today's changing world, communities and organizations are successful that can establish a meaningful relationship between scarce resources, management capability and human resources entrepreneurship. In other words, the community and organizations development, need to the appropriate substrates for human resources equipped with knowledge and skills of entrepreneurship that they can manage and conduct other community resources and organizations towards achieving development using this valuable capability Education is a one of the suitable substrates. There are different views on the definition of entrepreneurship and it’s need to interdisciplinary perspectives for fully understand the concept of "entrepreneur" Definition of entrepreneurship goes back to its nature and researchers in different fields of psychology, sociology, economics, industry and even the history. Many governments in developed and developing countries encourage and guide people with entrepreneurial characteristics to entrepreneurship training and entrepreneurial activities. In general, there are three main reasons that countries pay attention to entrepreneurship and education: wealth production, technology development, productive employment many studies show that creating an entrepreneurial spirit, is the most important factor for the actual entrepreneurship and it is provided to education. Given the importance of entrepreneurship education, the questions naturally arise: What is entrepreneurship? What is entrepreneurship education? What is experts’ opinion about it? So this paper explores the concept of entrepreneurship, its characteristics, types, goals and education.
