Objective
This investigation was undertaken with the objective of constructing a model of moral behavior predicated on the interactions between parents and children, alongside perceived social support, with cultural intelligence and religious orientation serving as mediating variables among high school females in Tehran.
MethodsThe research employed a descriptive correlational methodology. The statistical population for this study encompasses all female high school students aged between 12 and 16 years, with a total of 400 individuals selected as a sample through the application of cluster sampling during the academic year of 2023. Data collection was facilitated through the utilization of standardized questionnaires.
ResultsThe findings indicated that parent-child interactions exert a direct influence on moral behavior; additionally, it was determined that perceived social support similarly has a direct impact on moral conduct. Further results corroborated that parent-child interactions do not influence moral behavior via the mediating function of cultural intelligence. Ultimately, additional findings revealed that perceived social support exerts an indirect effect on ethical behavior through the mediating influence of cultural intelligence.
ConclusionsThe results predominantly validate the significance of social support, familial context, and parental influence in both mitigating and enhancing moral behavior.

Listening anxiety is the feeling of apprehension that learners might experience when trying to comprehend information from others. This anxiety associated with listening comprehension has been a significant focus of academic research for the past few decades. Foreign language listening anxiety (FLLA) can be triggered by different factors, including affective pressure, cognitive load, or communication disorders. However, there is a lack of appropriate conceptual models to accurately pinpoint the sources of anxiety related to listening. This research introduces a novel model in a non-experimental correlation research design to scrutinize the efficacy of cultural intelligence (CQ) and reflective thinking (RT) in predicting the source of FLLA among EFL learners. To accomplish this, a sample of 250 EFL students was administered the three scales for the constructs under study. In terms of the statistical analysis, structural equation modeling (SEM) was run to examine the fit of the conceptual model. The findings showed that both CQ and RT affect FLLA. However, RT was a stronger predictor of FLLA than CQ. Notably, critical reflection was found to be the strongest predictor of FLLA in the RT. Besides, both cognitive and behavioral dimensions equally influenced FLLA for CQ. This study introduces a model to test the impact of cultural intelligence (CQ) on the listening anxiety. In so doing, reflective thinking (RT) and language learning motivation (LLM) were considered as the predictor roles. To examine the model, a non-experimental correlation research design was adopted. To collect the data, four scales, Ang et al. (2007) CQ, Kim’s (2000) LA, Noels et al. (2000) LLM, and Kember et al. (2000) RT were distributed via Porsline online survey tool among EFL learners. Following Byrne (2010) guidelines for the sample size, a sample of 250 (n= 117 male and n=133 female) students were randomly selected using a cluster random sampling method at multistage from 23 language institutes. Notably, each student was asked to fill out four questionnaires. Thus, a total of 1000 questionnaires were disseminated digitally via the portal. In total, 815 questionnaires were collected but 185 cases were deemed invalid during the initial examination process. The SEM analysis was performed using the SPSS and AMOS 21 software packages. The results showed that CQ, RT, and LLM made significant unique contributions as the predictors of LA, with a predictive power of (R2 = .47). Specifically, CQ, RT, and LLM collectively accounted for 47% of the variance in LA through both direct and indirect pathways. Accordingly, teachers may consider enhancing learners’ RT to foster listening skill. Besides, high level of CQ can help decrease anxiety in listening skills. The results and implications for reducing LA are further elaborated upon.

پژوهش حاضر، با هدف تحلیل رابطه هوش فرهنگی با کارآفرینی کارکنان وظیفه همدان با نقش میانجی گری محیط سازمانی انجام شد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیه کارکنان وظیفه مشغول به خدمت در فرماندهی انتظامی همدان به تعداد 460 نفر بود که براساس فرمول کوکران تعداد 210 نفر انتخاب شدند. روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای در این پژوهش مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. ابزار اصلی جمع آوری داده ها سه پرسشنامه بود. در بخش آمار استنباطی، از آزمون مدل معادلات ساختاری و از نرم افزارهای SPSS نسخه 23 و Smart PLS استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که هوش فرهنگی با کارآفرینی کارکنان وظیفه همدان و محیط سازمانی با کارآفرینی کارکنان وظیفه همدان رابطه مثبت و معنادار دارد.کلید واژگان: هوش فرهنگی, کارآفرینی, محیط سازمانی, کارکنان وظیفه همدانThe present study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the relationship between cultural intelligence and entrepreneurship of Hamadan's soldiers with the mediating role of the organizational environment. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in nature and method. The statistical population of the present study included all the soldiers working in Hamedan Police Command, numbering 460 people, of which 210 people were selected based on Cochran's formula. The sampling method in this research was stratified random. The main tools for data collection were three questionnaires. In the inferential statistics section, structural equation model test and SPSS version 23 and Smart PLS software were used. The results illustrated that cultural intelligence has a positive and significant relationship with the entrepreneurship of Hamedan's soldiers and the organizational environment has a positive and meaningful relationship with the entrepreneurship of Hamedan's soldiers.Keywords: Cultural Intelligence, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Environment, Soldiers

هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، تعیین رابطه ی بین هوش اجتماعی، فرهنگی و هیجانی با کیفیت روابط زناشویی بود. این تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه دانشجویان زن متاهل دانشگاه آزاد بابل بودند. نمونه پژوهش 150 نفر بودند که با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند از میان دانشجویان رشته های مختلف مقطع کارشناسی ارشد انتخاب شدند که بعد از کنارگذاشتن پرسش نامه های مخدوش درنهایت 140 پرسش نامه تحلیل شد. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسش نامه های هوش اجتماعی سیلورا و همکاران (2001)، هوش فرهنگی آنگ و ارلی (2004)، هوش هیجانی ونگ و لاو (2002) و کیفیت روابط زناشویی باسبی و همکاران (1995) استفاده شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده شد. آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که بین هوش اجتماعی، هوش فرهنگی و هوش هیجانی باکیفیت روابط زناشویی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد 20 درصد از واریانس کیفیت روابط زناشویی را متغیرهای پیش بین به طور مشترک تبیین می کنند، بطوریکه متغیرهای هوش اجتماعی، هوش هیجانی و هوش فرهنگی به ترتیب به طور مثبت و معنی داری کیفیت روابط زناشویی دانشجویان را پیش بینی کردند. همین طور تقریبا 32 درصد از واریانس کیفیت روابط زناشویی توسط مولفه های متغیر های پیش بین بطور مشترک تبیین شد، بطوریکه مولفه های استفاده از احساسات، ارزیابی خود ادراکی، آگاهی اجتماعی، تنظیم احساسات و راهبرد فراشناختی توانستند به ترتیب به طور مثبت و معنی داری کیفیت روابط زناشویی دانشجویان را پیش بینی کنند. نتایج پژوهش حاضر بر اهمیت هوش اجتماعی، فرهنگی و هیجانی در کیفیت روابط زناشویی دانشجویان زن متاهل تاکید می ورزد.

This study was descriptive with correlation design, and the statistical population of the study were all married female students of Babol Azad University. The sample of the study was 150 people who were selected from among the students of different master's degree courses using the convenience sampling method, and after discarding the distorted questionnaires, finally 140 questionnaires were analyzed. To collect the data, social intelligence (Silvera et al, 2001); cultural intelligence (Ang and Earley,2004); emotional intelligence (Wang and Lau, 2002), and marital relationship quality (Busby et al,1995) questionnaires were used. Pearson's correlation test and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the dataThe Pearson's correlation coefficient showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between social intelligence, cultural intelligence and emotional intelligence with the quality of marital relationships. Furthermore, multiple regression analysis showed that 20% of the variance of the quality of marital relationships is explained jointly by the predictor variables, so that social intelligence, emotional intelligence and cultural intelligence positively and significantly predicted the quality of marital relationships respectively. Likewise, almost 32% of the variance of the quality of marital relationships was explained jointly by the components of the predictor variables, so that the components such as the use of emotions, self-perception evaluation, social awareness, regulation of emotions and metacognitive strategy were able to Predict the marital relationships positively and significantly. The results of the present study emphasize the importance of social, cultural and emotional intelligence in the quality of marital relationships of married female students.

تحمل اجتماعی توصیفی از کنش های اجتماعی که در جهت مسالمت با اکثریت متفاوت می باشد. پژوهش حاضر باهدف تبیین جامعه شناختی تحمل اجتماعی در بین شهروندان اصفهان با تکیه بر نظریه پردازانی همچون وگت، دورکیم ، چونگ... انجام شده است .روش انجام تحقیق پیمایشی و ابزار جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه ،برای اعتبار تحقیق از روش اعتبار محتوا ، پایایی پرسشنامه از آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده است . جامعه آماری ، شهروندان بالای 20 سال شهر اصفهان در سال 1399-1400 می باشد. حجم نمونه با نرم افزار Gpower تعداد461 نفر محاسبه شده و روش نمونه گیری سهمیه ای انتخاب شد.یافته ها بیانگر میانگین تحمل اجتماعی متوسط رو به پایین است .نتایج آزمون همبستگی پیرسون : بین احساس امنیت (0/345) ،دین داری (0/308) هوش فرهنگی (0/383)با تحمل اجتماعی رابطه معنادار و مستقیم ، بین احساس نابرابری (0/308-) اقتدارطلبی (0/371-)با تحمل اجتماعی رابطه معنادار و معکوس وجود دارد . نتایج مدل معادلات ساختاری: بین احساس امنیت ، احساس نابرابری ، هوش فرهنگی ، اقتدارطلبی با تحمل اجتماعی طبق مدل مفهومی تدوین شده ارتباط معنادار و در یک رابطه ساختاری اند. اما دین داری بر تحمل اجتماعی معنادار نبود. هوش فرهنگی بیشترین واریانس ارتقا تحمل اجتماعی را تبیین کرده است

The current research was conducted with the aim of sociological explanation of social tolerance among the citizens of Isfahan, relying on theorists such as Vogt, Durkheim, Chong ... The survey research method and the questionnaire collection tool were used for the validity of the research, the content validity method, the reliability of the questionnaire using Cronbach's alpha. The statistical population is citizens over 20 years of age in Isfahan city in 1399-1400. The sample size was calculated with Gpower software, 461 people and the quota sampling method was chosen. The findings show that the average social tolerance is downward. The results of the Pearson correlation test: between feeling of security (0.345), religiosity (0.308), cultural intelligence (0.383) and social tolerance have a significant and direct relationship, between the feeling of inequality (-0.308) and authoritarianism (- 0.371) There is a significant and inverse relationship with social tolerance. The results of the structural equations model: there is a meaningful relationship between the feeling of security, feeling of inequality, cultural intelligence, authoritarianism and social tolerance according to the developed conceptual model and in a structural relationship. But religiosity was not significant on social tolerance. Cultural intelligence has explained the most variance in promoting social tolerance

توانایی درک مناسب از محیط خارجی و خصوصا فهم تعاملات میان فرهنگی و درک فرهنگ های مختلف، تاثیر به سزایی در برقراری ارتباطات خارجی موثر و موفقیت کسب و کارها در عرصه بین المللی دارد. هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی عوامل موثر بر هوش فرهنگی افراد در تعاملات تجاری بین المللی در راستای ارائه راهکارهای تقویت هوش فرهنگی می باشد. بدین منظور، مصاحبه های عمیق با کارآفرینان و کارشناسان امور صادرات که دارای تحصیلات و تجربه مرتبط با تعاملات بین المللی بودند، انجام شد. در نهایت، با تحلیل داده ها براساس روش رویش نظریه، مقوله های کلیدی احصاء گردید. مدل پژوهش نشان می دهد که ویژگی های شخصیتی و پیشینه خانوادگی به مثابه مقولات علی و زمینه ای به طور مستقیم بر روی پدیده محوری یعنی هوش فرهنگی و تعاملات بین المللی تاثیر دارند. همچنین، ثبات اقتصادی و میزان روابط تجاری و سیاسی ایران با دولت های خارجی در نقش مقوله محیطی بر هوش فرهنگی و راهبردهای اتخاذی تاثیر می گذارند. از این رو، می توان نتیجه گرفت، توجه به انتخاب افراد با درجه بالایی از هوش فرهنگی شرکت ها و همچنین ارائه آموزش های فرهنگی، دو راهبرد اصلی برای تقویت هوش فرهنگی و توان صادراتی هر شرکت می باشد.کلید واژگان: هوش فرهنگی, بین المللی شدن, توسعه صادرات, تعاملات تجاریIntroductionToday, export and effective presence in the global economy is a basic need for the economic growth of any country. Internationalization has been defined as a reflection of the interests and enthusiasm of entrepreneurs to operate based on the opportunities available in foreign markets. Taking advantage of the competitive advantage in the new market, increasing income, access to new technologies and shortening the communication channels between the customer and the market are among the advantages of internationalization, which, of course, require overcoming many existing obstacles, especially the existing cognitive distance between origin and destination countries. On the other hand, one of the important features of today's world is the cultural diversity in different nations and societies, which also affects different dimensions of business success. In such an environment, the presence of people who have the ability to deeply understand different cultures and communicate effectively is one of the most important requirements for the success of companies in the field of export. Among the necessary competencies of entrepreneurs to be present in the international arena is benefiting from the ability to understand the external environment, which is called “cultural intelligence”. The main goal of this research is to identify and conceptually explain the dimensions of cultural intelligence of international entrepreneurs and export managers, and as a result, to provide a solution to strengthen cultural intelligence in international business interactions. In fact, in this research, the process of strengthening the cultural intelligence of companies in the process of internationalization has been explored and conceptualized in order to determine how companies succeed in achieving more success in international business by exploiting the cultural intelligence of their employees.MethodologyFor this purpose, in-depth interviews were conducted with entrepreneurs and export experts with education and experience related to international interactions. Key points and points of view were obtained from each interview, and the content of each interview was a guide to improve the next interview. According to the analysis of the data obtained from the interviews with the method of grounded theory in this research, we managed to explain a concept suitable for the context of the country of the factors effective in cultural intelligence in international business.Results and DiscussionThe results show that the cultural intelligence of people depends on several factors. It depends that identifying and understanding them is necessary to reach a suitable solution to strengthen cultural intelligence in Iranian individuals and companies. Meanwhile, some factors directly and some indirectly affect the central category of the research, which is the cultural intelligence of people. By analyzing the data based on the theory development method through three stages of coding keywords and screening from general sentences to concepts and then clarifying the categories, key categories were calculated. The final categories were separated in the form of three causal, contextual and environmental categories in order to better determine the impact of each on the cultural intelligence of people. The paradigm model shows the flow of processes and activities that happened in the context of the study. The purpose of the model extracted in this research is to strengthen cultural intelligence in international business interactions. The research model obtained using final categories shows that personality traits and family background as causal and contextual categories directly affect the central phenomenon (cultural intelligence and international interactions), as well as economic stability and the level of relationships. Iran's commercial and political relations with foreign countries as an environmental category affect the central phenomenon and the adopted strategies.ConclusionIt can be concluded that paying attention to the selection of suitable people with a high degree of cultural intelligence by companies and also providing necessary cultural training are two main strategies to strengthen cultural intelligence and strengthen the export power of each company. The structure of categories affecting cultural intelligence based on research findings is elaborated. Causal categories are conditions and individual characteristics that have a direct impact on the central phenomenon of the research. Creativity, extroversion, attention and follow-up, desire for adventure, are four elements that each lead a person to experience a new space and start a new job. Also, appropriate strategies to strengthen cultural intelligence in Iranian companies applying for export were explained. An important strategy to improve and enhance the level of cultural intelligence among Iranian entrepreneurs is to create an interactive and open environment for the presence of foreign companies in Iran. The second strategy is to hold training and counseling sessions for companies and entrepreneurs in the export phase to familiarize themselves with the categories and requirements needed in relations with other nations and cultures. The third strategy is specific to government managers and exporting companies who, in addition to improving their cultural intelligence, should pay special attention to their personality, knowledge and international experience in order to employ individuals in export and interactive fields.Keywords: Cultural Intelligence, Internationalization, Export Development, Business Interactions

Objective
This study aims to model the relationship between parent-child interaction and perceived social support with moral behavior, mediated by cultural intelligence, in adolescent female students in Tehran.
Methods and Materials:
The research method is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this study includes all female high school students aged 12 to 16, with a total number of students in the academic year 2022-2023. Four hundred students were selected as the sample using cluster sampling. Data were collected using the Moral Behavior Questionnaire by Sabat and colleagues, the Perceived Social Support Questionnaire by Zimet, Dahlem, Zimet, and Farley (1988), and the Cultural Intelligence Questionnaire by Ang and Earley (2004). Data analysis was performed using SPSS.22 and Smart PLS software, employing descriptive and inferential statistics such as mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regression, and structural equation modeling.
FindingsThe research results showed that the model explaining the parent-child interaction, perceived social support, and moral behavior with the mediation of cultural intelligence has a good fit. The results indicated that parent-child interaction has a direct effect on moral behavior (P<0.01). It was also found that perceived social support has a direct effect on moral behavior (P<0.01).
ConclusionThe results confirmed that parent-child interaction does not affect moral behavior through the mediating role of cultural intelligence. Finally, other findings showed that perceived social support indirectly affects moral behavior through the mediating role of cultural intelligence.

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر هوش فرهنگی بر قراردادروانشناختی با نقش میانجی اعتماد سازمانیشغلی بود روش پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی و از حیث هدف کاربردی بود. جامعه آماری کلیه معلمان ابتدایی ناحیه 2 ارومیه به تعداد 1439 نفر بودند که بر اساس جدول مورگان تعداد 304 نفر به شیوه نمونه گیری خوشه ای دو مرحله ای به عنوان نمونه آماری پژوهش انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش از سه پرسشنامه استاندارد هوش فرهنگی، قراردادروانشناختی و اعتماد سازمانی استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه ها براساس روایی محتوایی با استفاده از نظر صاحب نظران، صوری بر مبنای دیدگاه تعدادی از جامعه آماری و سازه با روش تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و تایید شد. پایایی پرسشنامه ها با روش ضریب پایایی ترکیبی به ترتیب برای هوش فرهنگی 86/0، قرارداد روانشناختی 84/0 و اعتماد سازمانی 86/0 برآورد شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی انجام گرفت. بدین صورت جهت آزمون فرضیه های تحقیق، ابتدا از آمار توصیفی و سپس تکنیک معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار LISREL استفاده گردید. یافته ها حاکی از از برازش مطلوبی مدل بود و نشان داد که هوش فرهنگی بر قراردادروانشناختی تاثیر مثبت و معنی داری دارد(ضریب مسیر 62/0). اثر هوش فرهنگی بر اعتماد سازمانی مثبت و معنی دار است(ضریب مسیر 93/0). اعتماد سازمانی بر قرارداد روانشناختی اثر مثبت و معنی داری دارد(ضریب مسیر 68/0) و در نهایت اعتماد سازمانی در رابطه بین هوش فرهنگی و قراردادروانشناختی نقش واسطه ای دارد(ضریب مسیر 42/0).

The statistical population of all primary teachers in Urmia District 2 was 1439 people, and based on Morgan's table, 304 people were selected as a statistical sample by two-stage cluster sampling method. In this research, three standard questionnaires of cultural intelligence, psychological contract and organizational trust were used. Validities were investigated using the validity theories, based on the perspective of the statistical community and the structure with the question factor analysis method. The reliability of the questionnaires was estimated by the combined reliability multiplication method for cultural intelligence 0.86, psychological contract 0.84 and organizational trust 0.86 respectively. Data analysis was done at two levels of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Thus, to test the research hypotheses, descriptive statistics and then structural techniques using LISREL software were used. The findings indicated a good fit of the model and showed that cultural intelligence has a positive and significant effect on psychological contract (path coefficient 0.62). The effect of cultural intelligence on organizational trust is positive and significant (path coefficient 0.93). Organizational trust has a positive and significant effect on psychological contract (path coefficient 0.68) and finally organizational trust has a mediating role in the relationship between cultural intelligence and psychological contract (path coefficient 0.42).

Journal of English Language Teaching and Learning, Volume:16 Issue: 33, Spring-Summer 2024, PP 1 -22The present research was targeted toward examining the relationship between cultural intelligence (CQ), emo-sensory intelligence (ESQ), language learning strategies (LLS), and students’ language achievement (LA). A number of 300 EFL Iraqi students studying at the English Language Department of AL-Qadisiyah University, Iraq was selected through convenience sampling. The participants filled out the cultural intelligence questionnaire, emo-sensory intelligence scale, and the language learning strategy inventory. Students’ final scores were used as a means through which their language achievement could be gauged. The data were analyzed using Pearson Product-Moment Correlation and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The findings indicated a significant relationship between ESQ, CQ, learning strategies, and students’ language achievement. In addition, it was found that CQ and language learners’ strategy could directly predict the language achievement of Iraqi EFL learners. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه بین هوش فرهنگی مدیران و معلمان با اثربخشی سازمانی در مدارس ابتدایی دوزبانه شهرستان حمیدیه بود. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه معلمان و مدیران مقطع ابتدایی دوزبانه شهرستان حمیدیه در سال تحصیلی 97-96 بود. لذا، تعداد جامعه آماری در این پژوهش، 100 نفر از معلمان و مدیران مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان حمیدیه در نظر گرفته شد. جهت گردآوری داده ها از دو پرسشنامه هوش فرهنگی توسط آرنگ (2003) و اثربخشی پارسونز (1368) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین هوش فرهنگی مدیران و معلمان با اثربخشی سازمانی در مدارس ابتدایی دوزبانه شهرستان حمیدیه، رابطه ای وجود دارد. در ضمن، بین عوامل فراشناختی، شناختی، انگیزشی و رفتاری مدیران و معلمان با اثربخشی سازمانی، یک رابطه وجود دارد.

The present study is a descriptive and correlational study. The population of the study consisted of all teachers and managers of the bilingual element of Hamidyeh city in the academic year of 97-96. Therefore, the number of statistical population in this study was considered 100 teachers and school principals of Hamidyeh city and the required sample through method Simple random sampling was selected. To collect data, two questionnaires, the Cultural Intelligence Questionnaire (ARG) (2003) and Parsons Effectiveness Questionnaire (1368) were used. The results showed that there is a relationship between the Cultural Intelligence of Managers And teachers with an organizational effectiveness in the bilingual primary schools of Hamidieh. Also, there is a relationship between metacognitive, cognitive, motivational and behavioral factors of managers and teachers with organizational effectiveness.

پژوهش حاضر، رابطه میان هوش فرهنگی و مدارای اجتماعی را بررسی کرده است. این تحقیق به روش کمی و به شیوه پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، تمام شهروندان بالای 15 سال قوم بلوچ در استان سیستان و بلوچستان اند که به شیوه نمونه گیری خوشهای چند مرحلهای، 400 نفر از آنان انتخاب و پرسش نامه بین آنان توزیع شد. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه استاندارد هوش فرهنگی ارلی و انگ [1] (2003) و برای مدارای اجتماعی، از پرسشنامه ای استفاده شد که قبلا در تحقیقات بهشتی و رستگار (1391) و بهشتی و همکاران (1398) از آن استفاده شده بود. برای تحلیل داده های تحقیق از نرم افزار SPSS و نیز مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری واریانس محور با نرم افزار Smart PLS استفاده شده است. یافته های این تحقیق نشان داد سطح هوش فرهنگی جامعه آماری بالاتر از سطح متوسط، ولی مدارای اجتماعی پایین تر از سطح متوسط است. میزان مدارای اجتماعی و هوش فرهنگی بین زنان و مردان تفاوتی ندارد. هوش فرهنگی اثری استاندارد به شدت 0.509بر مدارای اجتماعی دارد و حدودا 26درصد از واریانس متغیر مدارای اجتماعی را تبیین می کند. در واقع کسانی که بیشتر امکان انطباق با دیگر فرهنگ ها را دارند و مایل به پذیرفتن دیگران با ویژگی های متفاوت اند، بهتر با دیگران سازگاری دارند و در تعاملات خود جانب مدارا را رعایت می کنند.

Ang and Early (2003) define cultural intelligence as an individual's capacity to effectively engage with individuals from different cultural backgrounds. Similarly, Rose and Naresh (2008) describe it as the ability to adapt to unfamiliar cultural environments. Research demonstrates that immigrants often encounter challenges when adapting to new cultural surroundings, leading to issues, such as cultural conflicts and shock. This difficulty in adaptation can result in personal stress and hinder social integration. While some individuals effortlessly adjust their behaviors to fit new cultural contexts, others face obstacles that give rise to clashes and tensions, underscoring the significance of social tolerance. Tolerance plays a crucial role in addressing prejudices, fundamentalism, and conflicts, particularly in regions like Iran characterized by diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds. Baloch people as an indigenous Iranian ethnicity residing in the southeastern part of Iran present an interesting case. Their religious differences from the majority of Iranians, as well as their proximity to Pakistan and increased interactions with that country, prompted the authors of this research to examine the extent to which cultural intelligence, as an individual's ability to adapt to other cultures, could influence the social tolerance of this population.
Materials & MethodsThe present study employed a quantitative survey methodology to collect data. The target population consisted of individuals aged 15 years and above residing in the Baloch regions of Sistan and Baluchistan Province, which had a total population of 961,929 according to the 2015 census. To determine the sample size, Morgan's sampling table was utilized, resulting in a sample size of 384 individuals with a 5% margin of error. However, to ensure accuracy, 400 questionnaires were distributed. The research utilized a multi-stage cluster sampling technique. The data collection instrument consisted of a questionnaire divided into two sections. The first section focused on social tolerance and drew items from previous studies (Beheshti and Rostgar, 2012; Beheshti et al., 2018). The second section addressed cultural intelligence and employed Lin's standard cultural intelligence questionnaire. All items in the questionnaire were rated on a Likert scale with 5 response options. The construct validity of the questionnaire was assessed through the Average Variance of Extracted (AVE) and factor loadings, while the reliability of the questionnaire was evaluated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient.
Discussion of Results & ConclusionThe findings of this study revealed that social tolerance levels within the statistical sample were lower than the average spectrum, while cultural intelligence and its four dimensions demonstrated higher average responses compared to the spectrum. This difference was confirmed by the significant results of the T-test. Furthermore, the average social tolerance was lower than the spectrum average, a trend observed not only in the sample, but also in the broader statistical population with a high level of confidence. The t-test results for the two independent groups indicated that there was no significant disparity between men and women in terms of social tolerance, suggesting that the average cultural intelligence between genders was not significantly different.The research focused on social tolerance as the dependent variable, which was measured using a reflective measurement model. The SRMR index of 0.086 indicated that the assumed model aligned well with the research data. The F square coefficient (F2) of 0.348 represented the average effect size of the model. The beta value indicated that a one-unit change in the standard deviation of cultural intelligence resulted in a 0.509 change in that of social tolerance, indicating a positive relationship. The adjusted coefficient (R2 adjusted) was calculated at 0.257, suggesting that 25.7% of the variance in social tolerance could be attributed to cultural intelligence. Overall, the study demonstrated that higher cultural intelligence was associated with increased social tolerance towards diverse groups and issues. The results underscored the importance of enhancing cultural intelligence to address social problems arising from intolerance and lack of understanding, ultimately fostering greater unity among individuals.

امروزه مساله آموزش و یادگیری در نظام آموزشی ایران بسیار متفاوت از گذشته است. بخش اعظم این تفاوت ناشی از حضور زبان آموزانی از ملیت های مختلف از اقصی نقاط دنیاست. این حضور و به تبع آن قرارگرفتن در محیط فرهنگی جدید، نیازمند سازگاری بین فرهنگی است. در چنین شرایطی برای عملکرد بهتر زبان آموزان و درک آن ها از مسائل بین فرهنگی، توجه به مساله هوش فرهنگی و استفاده مطلوب از آن یک ضرورت به حساب می آید. پژوهش حاضر در پی آن است تا با نگاه به دو مفهوم هوش فرهنگی و سازگاری بین فرهنگی، تاثیر این دو مفهوم را در عملکرد زبان آموزان غیرفارسی زبان در یادگیری زبان فارسی بررسی نماید. برای نیل به این هدف، مباحث نظری ارائه شده در این زمینه و تعدادی از پژوهش-های انجام شده از منابع داخلی و خارجی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج به دست آمده از پژوهش ها حاکی از آن است که بین برخی از مولفه های هوش فرهنگی و سازگاری بین فرهنگی رابطه معنادار و بین برخی از مولفه ها با سازگاری بین فرهنگی رابطه منفی وجود دارد. همچنین، در شرایطی که از هوش فرهنگی استفاده مطلوبی شود، بر سازگاری بین فرهنگی و عملکرد زبان آموزان در یادگیری زبان فارسی تاثیر مثبت می گذارد.

Most of this difference is due to the presence of language learners of different nationalities from all over the world. This presence and, as a result, being placed in a new cultural environment, requires intercultural adaptation. In such a situation, for the better performance of language learners and their understanding of intercultural issues, attention to the issue of cultural intelligence and its optimal use is considered a necessity. The current research seeks to examine the effect of these two concepts on the performance of non-Persian language learners in learning Persian by looking at the two concepts of cultural intelligence and intercultural compatibility. To achieve this goal, the theoretical topics presented in this field and a number of researches conducted from domestic and foreign sources were examined. The results obtained from the research indicate that there is a significant relationship between some components of cultural intelligence and intercultural compatibility, and there is a negative relationship between some components and intercultural compatibility. Also, in a situation where cultural intelligence is used optimally, it has a positive effect on intercultural adaptation and the performance of language learners in learning Persian language.

هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر حمایت سازمانی و عدالت سازمانی ادراک شده بر رفتار کاری نوآورانه با نقش میانجی هوش فرهنگی، در حوزه معاونت کتابخانه های آستان قدس رضوی بود. پژوهش از نظر ماهیت و روش، از نوع پژوهش های توصیفی - همبستگی بوده و از نظر هدف کاربردی به شمار می رود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کارکنان حوزه معاونت کتابخانه های آستان قدس رضوی به تعداد 300 نفر تشکیل می دهند. نمونه آماری با استفاده از جدول مورگان، 169 نفر تعیین شد. روایی محتوایی - صوری و روایی سازه (تحلیل عاملی تاییدی) ابزار پژوهش، بررسی و مورد تایید قرار گرفت و با استفاده از آزمون ضریب آلفای کرونباخ نیز پایایی آن به میزان بالاتر از 832/0 به دست آمد. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد که حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده بر رفتار کاری نوآورانه و هوش فرهنگی کارکنان، تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد (t = 3/486, t = 2/456). عدالت سازمانی ادراک شده بر رفتار کاری نوآورانه و هوش فرهنگی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد (t = 2/910, t = 3/147). همچنین هوش فرهنگی بر رفتار کاری نوآورانه تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد (t = 2/704). هوش فرهنگی، رابطه بین حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده و رفتار کاری نوآورانه را میانجیگری می کند (t = 2/124) و در نهایت هوش فرهنگی، رابطه بین عدالت سازمانی ادراک شده و رفتار کاری نوآورانه را میانجیگری نمی کند (t = 1/175).

This was a descriptive-correlation study in terms of nature and methodology and an applied one regarding its objective. The research statistical population included 300 employees of the deputy area of Astan Quds Razavi libraries. The statistical sample was determined as 169 subjects using Morgan's table. The content-face validity and construct validity (confirmatory factor analysis) of the research tool were examined and confirmed. The research reliability rate was also obtained higher than 0.832 using Cronbach's alpha coefficient test. The study results demonstrated that perceived organizational support has a positive and significant impact on innovative work behavior and cultural intelligence of employees (t = 3.486, t = 2.456). The perceived organizational justice was also found to have a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior and cultural (intelligence) quotient (t = 2.910, t = 3.147). Moreover, the cultural (intelligence) quotient showed a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior (t = 2.704). It was concluded that the cultural (intelligence) quotient mediates the relationship between perceived organizational support and innovative work behavior (t = 2.124). Finally, the cultural (intelligence) quotient was found not to mediate the relationship between perceived organizational justice and innovative work behavior (t = 1.175).

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر هوش فرهنگی بر ارزش ویژه برند مقصد گردشگری و پیامد آن در خصوص نگرش و قصد بازدید مقصد است. این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف از نوع کاربردی، به لحاظ روش از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی و به لحاظ شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات از نوع پیمایشی-مقطعی است. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه و جامعه آماری گردشگران بازدیدکننده از شهر یزد بوده است. روایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از نظرات خبرگان، آزمون روایی همگرا و آزمون روایی واگرا و پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از آزمون پایایی ساده (آلفای کرونباخ) و آزمون پایایی مرکب (ضریب مک دونالد) مورد تایید قرار گرفته است. داده های مستخرج از 84 پرسشنامه تکمیلی با استفاده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم افزار SmartPLS تحلیل شده و نتایج نشان داده است که هوش فرهنگی بر ارزش ویژه برند مقصد گردشگری تاثیر معنی داری دارد، ارزش ویژه برند مقصد گردشگری بر نگرش به برند مقصد تاثیر معنی داری دارد، نگرش به برند مقصد بر قصد بازدید از مقصد تاثیر معنی داری دارد، عملکرد برند مقصد تاثیر نگرش به برند مقصد بر قصد بازدید از مقصد را تعدیل می کند، هوش فرهنگی از طریق ارزش ویژه برند مقصد گردشگری بر نگرش به برند مقصد تاثیر می گذارد و نهایتا ارزش ویژه برند مقصد گردشگری از طریق نگرش به برند مقصد بر قصد بازدید از مقصد می گذارد.

This research is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive-correlation in terms of method, and survey-cross-sectional in terms of data collection. The tool for collecting information was a questionnaire and the statistical population of tourists visiting Yazd city. The validity of the questionnaire has been confirmed using experts' opinions, convergent validity test and divergent validity test, and the reliability of the questionnaire has been confirmed using simple reliability test (Cronbach's alpha) and composite reliability test (McDonald's coefficient). The data extracted from 84 supplementary questionnaires were analyzed using structural equation modeling in SmartPLS software and the results showed that cultural intelligence has a significant effect on the specific value of the tourist destination brand, the specific value of the tourism destination brand has a significant effect on the attitude towards the destination brand, the attitude The destination brand has a significant effect on the intention to visit the destination, the performance of the destination brand moderates the effect of the attitude towards the destination brand on the intention to visit the destination, cultural intelligence influences the attitude towards the destination brand through the special value of the tourism destination brand and finally the brand special value The tourist destination determines the intention to visit the destination through the attitude towards the destination brand.

هدف اصلی در این پژوهش بررسی تاثیرتنوع فرهنگی بر رفتار کار نوآورانه و انطباق روانشناختی با توجه به نقش هوش فرهنگی در کارشناسان ارشد داخلی و خارجی شاغل در شرکت مجتمع گاز پارس جنوبی کشور است و سوال اصلی در این پژوهش به این صورت طراحی شده است که آیا تنوع فرهنگی بر رفتار کار نوآورانه و انطباق روانشناختی با توجه به نقش میانجی گری و تعدیل گری هوش فرهنگی در کارشناسان ارشد داخلی و خارجی شاغل در شرکت مجتمع گاز پارس جنوبی کشور تاثیر دارد؟
روش پژوهشروش پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ رابطه بین متغیرها همبستگی است. جامعه ی آماری در این تحقیق کارشناسان ارشد داخلی و خارجی شاغل در شرکت مجتمع گاز پارس جنوبی کشور هستند. تعداد نمونه مورد مطالعه برای کارشناسان ارشد داخلی 197 نفر و کارشناسان ارشد خارجی 81 نفر است. روش نمونه گیری در تحقیق حاضر از نوع سهمیه ای و غیراحتمالی در دسترس است. پس از جمع آوری داده ها به وسیله پرسشنامه های استاندارد، جهت ارزیابی روابط بین متغیرها از تکنیک مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری با رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی استفاده شده است و به طور کلی کلیه تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از طریق نرم افزارهای SPSS و PLS انجام شده است.
نتیجه گیری پژوهشنتیجه فرضیه های تحقیق حاکی از تاثیر مثبت و معنادار تنوع فرهنگی بر هوش فرهنگی و همچنین تاثیر تنوع فرهنگی و هوش فرهنگی بر رفتار کار نوآورانه می باشد. همچنین نقش میانجی هوش فرهنگی در ارتباط با تنوع فرهنگی و رفتار کار نوآورانه نیز تایید شد. بعلاوه نقش تعدیل گر هوش فرهنگی در ارتباط با تنوع فرهنگی و انطباق روانشناختی هم مورد تایید قرار گرفت

Research methodThe research method is applied in terms of purpose and correlation in terms of the relationship between variables. The statistical population in this research are senior domestic and foreign experts working in the South Pars Gas Complex Company of the country. The number of samples studied for domestic senior experts is 197 and foreign senior experts is 81. The sampling method in the current research is available in quota and non-probability type. After collecting data by means of standard questionnaires, structural equation modeling technique with partial least squares approach was used to evaluate the relationships between variables, and in general, all data analysis was done through SPSS and PLS software.
Research conclusionThe results of the research hypotheses indicate the positive and significant effect of cultural diversity on cultural intelligence, as well as the impact of cultural diversity and cultural intelligence on innovative work behavior. Also, the mediating role of cultural intelligence in relation to cultural diversity and innovative work behavior was confirmed. In addition, the moderating role of cultural intelligence in relation to cultural diversity and psychological adaptation was confirmed.

بررسی نقش هوش فرهنگی مدیران آموزش و پرورش در تعهد سازمانی و ارتقای نگرش های شغلی کارکنانهدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش هوش فرهنگی مدیران آموزش و پرورش در تعهد سازمانی و ارتقای نگرش های شغلی کارکنان می باشد. از لحاظ هدف کاربردی از نظر روش توصیفی- پیمایشی و از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل مدیران و کارکنان آموزش و پرورش گیلان بوده که با استفاده از جدول کرجسی-مورگان حجم نمونه 92 نفر برآورد شده است. جهت گرد آوری داده ها در این تحقیق از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده است. روایی پرسشنامه توسط اساتید و خبرگان مورد تایید قرار گرفته و پایایی آن با استفاده از اندازه گیری ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، برای همه متغیرها بالای 7/0 بدست آمده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از روش های آماری توصیفی (فراوانی، درصد، میانگین، انحراف معیار) و آزمون های آمار استنباطی استفاده شده است. کلیه محاسبات عنوان شده از طریق نرم افزار (SPSS) مورد تجزیه تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که هوش فرهنگی و ابعاد آن (هوش شناختی، هوش انگیزشی، هوش رفتاری) با بهبود تعهد سازمانی و ارتقای نگرش های شغلی کارکنان رابطه مثبت و معنی داری دارد.کلید واژگان: هوش فرهنگی, تعهد سازمانی, نگرش های شغلی, مدیران آموزش و پرورشInvestigating the role of cultural intelligence of education managers in organizational commitment and improving employees' job attitudesThe Aim of the Present Research is to Investigate the Role of Cultural Intelligence of Education Instructors in an Organization and to Improve the Job Attitudes of Employees. In Terms of Practical Purpose, it is a Descriptive-Surveillance Method and Correlation Type. The Statistical Population Included Managers and Teachers of Education in Gilan, and the Sample Size of 92 People was Calculated Using Kerjesi-Morgan. In Order to Collect Data in this Research, a Researcher's Questionnaire Was Made. The Validity of the Questionnaire has Been Confirmed by Professors and Experts and its Reliability has Been Obtained by Measuring Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient for all Changes Above 0.7. Descriptive Statistical Methods (Prevalence, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation) and Inferential Statistical Tests have Been Used to Analyze the Data. All the Mentioned Calculations Were Analyzed by Software (SPSS). هدف این مقاله، تحلیل رابطه ارتکاب به رفتارهای پرخطر براساس میزان برخورداری از هوش فرهنگی و سلامت اجتماعی نوجوانان مبتنی بر نقش پلیس است. روش پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه هدف را تمام دانش آموزان دختر متوسطه دوم شهر کرج تشکیل دادند که از بین آن ها تعداد 384 نفر براساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان به روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای چندمرحله ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، شامل پرسشنامه های سنجش رفتارهای پرخطر زاده محمدی و احمدآبادی (1387)، هوش فرهنگی آنگ و ارلی (2008) و سلامت اجتماعی کییز(2000) بود. داده ها با استفاده از روش های آماری پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته ها نشان داد که بین هوش فرهنگی و سلامت اجتماعی با رفتارهای پرخطر رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین، هوش فرهنگی به میزان 561/. و سلامت اجتماعی 138/. رفتارهای پرخطر را تبیین می کنند که بالاترین تبیین از بین ابعاد هوش فرهنگی، مربوط به بعد تولید معنای شخصی و از بین ابعاد سلامت اجتماعی بعد مشارکت اجتماعی است. بنابراین، می توان اظهار داشت که بین بالابودن میزان هوش فرهنگی و سلامت اجتماعی رابطه معنادار و قدرت پیش بینی مطلوبی با رفتارهای پرخطر دانش آموزان وجود دارد؛ زیرا، فقدان هر یک از متغیرهای مذکور، موجب افسردگی، بدبینی، ارزیابی منفی از رویدادها، اعتیاد به مواد مخدر، ناهنجاری های اجتماعی و رفتارهای پرخطر دیگر خواهد شد.کلید واژگان: هوش فرهنگی, سلامت اجتماعی, رفتارهای پرخطر, نوجوانان, پلیسThe aim of this paper is to analyze the relationship between committing risky behaviors based on the level of cultural intelligence and social health of teenagers based on the role of the police. The research method was a correlational description. The target population was made up of all female secondary school students of Karaj city, among whom 384 people were selected based on Krejcie and Morgan's table by multi-stage cluster sampling method. The data collection tools included the questionnaires for measuring high-risk behaviors by Zadeh-Mohammadi and Ahmadabadi (2007), cultural intelligence by Ang and Earley (2008), and social health by Keyes (2000). Data were analyzed using Pearson and multiple regression statistical methods. The findings indicated that there is a significant relationship between cultural intelligence and social health with risky behaviors. Furthermore, cultural intelligence is 0/561 and social health 0/138. They explain risky behaviors that the highest explanation among the dimensions of cultural intelligence is related to the dimension of personal meaning production and among the dimensions of social health is the dimension of social participation. Therefore, it can be stated that there is a significant relationship between the high level of cultural intelligence and social health and a favorable predictive power with high-risk behaviors of students since the lack of any of the mentioned variables will cause depression, pessimism, negative evaluation of events, drug addiction, social abnormalities and other risky behaviors.Keywords: cultural intelligence, social health, risky behaviors, Teenagers, Police

هدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطه هوش فرهنگی و هوش معنوی با میزان کارآفرینی معلمان نهضت سواد آموزی بود. روش این پژوهش توصیفی- همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، جامعه آماری کلیه معلمان نهضت سواد آموزی شهر مریوان در سال تحصیلی 1400-1401 به تعداد حدود 290 نفر می باشد. نمونه آماری 200 نفر از معلمان مذکور بر اساس نمونه گیری تصادفی و از طریق فرمول کوکران انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش پرسشنامه هوش فرهنگی آنگ وهمکارانش (2007)، هوش معنوی عبدالله زاده (1398) و رفتار کارآفرینانه در سازمان مقیمی (1390) می باشد. یافته ها با استفاده ار روش ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داده شد که بین هوش فرهنگی با میزان کارآفرینی معلمان نهضت سواد آموزی رابطه مثبت و معنی داری وجود دارد (032/0p= و 41/0= r). بین هوش معنوی با میزان کارآفرینی معلمان نهضت سواد آموزی رابطه مثبت و معنی داری مشاهده می شود (0001/0p= و 63/0 = r). متغیرهای هوش معنوی و هوش فرهنگی به ترتیب پیش بینی کننده کارآفرینی معلمان می باشند.

The method of this research was descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of this research is the statistical population of all the teachers of the Literacy Movement of Marivan city in the academic year of 2001-2014, numbering about 290 people. A statistical sample of 200 teachers was selected based on random sampling and Cochran's formula. The tools used in this research are the cultural intelligence questionnaire of Ang et al. (2007), the spiritual intelligence of Abdulzadeh (2018) and the entrepreneurial behavior in the resident organization (2019). Findings using the method of Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between cultural intelligence and the level of entrepreneurship of teachers of the literacy movement (p=0.032 and r=0.41). There is a positive and significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and the level of entrepreneurship of teachers of the literacy movement (p=0.0001 and r=0.63). The variables of spiritual intelligence and cultural intelligence respectively predict teachers' entrepreneurship.

Culture and Spirituality, Volume:7 Issue: 1, Summer and Autumn 2023, PP 115 -133This study aimed to examine the effect of cultural intelligence dimensions on the consumer-based brand equity for a tourism destination and the moderating role of the type of tourist in Mashhad. An applied descriptive survey method was used in the present work. The statistical population was all Iranian tourists in Mashhad in 2021, with a sample of 367 respondents. The research tools were the standard questionnaires of Earley and Ang (2003) cultural intelligence and the brand equity of Frias-Jamilena et al. (2018). The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed. Structural equation modeling was used to test the hypotheses and analyze the data. For this purpose, Smart PLS3 and SPSS 23 were used. According to the results, cultural intelligence significantly affects the consumer-based tourism destination brand. Also, the metacognitive, cognitive, motivational, and behavioral dimensions of cultural intelligence significantly affected the consumer-based brand equity for a tourism destination brand among Mashhad tourists. Also, the results confirmed the moderating role of tourism type on the relationship between cultural intelligence and the consumer-based brand equity for a tourism destination brand among tourists. Tourism officials of Mashhad are advised to launch a comprehensive website to detail the economic, cultural, and religious components of tourists who intend to travel to Mashhad. This helps value tourist choice and increases the Mashhad brand among tourists by strengthening the cultural intelligence of tourists.Keywords: Cultural Intelligence, Brand Equity, Tourism, Type Of Tourist, Mashhad
