Literature has earlier been the origin of alterations and human communities’ diverse movements. Children has been the continuation of human generation from intellectuals’ special attention. Novel genre due to the deployment of fiction elements has been a good bed for the revelation of social humane manifestations. A comparative outlook of literature takes the reader far beyond the boundaries of social humanities so that it would express the common pains and facilitate the problems.

The research approach is inferential-analytical one, and the population is the selected works of Kermani and Lee, namely The Children of Weaving-carpet Place and to Kill a Mocking Bird respectively. Data collection was based on content analysis of the novels and the framework of the analysis was centralized over characterization and narrative-point of the elements of fiction.

The results revealed that from both authors’ viewpoint the children are alongside the narrators of the events of the adult community of the writers as well as their own spoiled rights.

The two authors via opposite literary engineering of the child personality project the reader’s minds the bitter theme of the communities of the novels in order to change them into reconsidering their attitude towards the attitude of the societies and their dominant human relationships with each other as well forming them into a kind of obsession in their minds.

This study attempted to reflect peace and friendship culture in children’s fiction in Iran by considering these two components in the UNESCO Statute of Peace. Following library research method, fifty storybooks which had been written and published in the 1990s and the 2000s were studied, and 14 books devoted exclusively to age group 6-8 years old underwent content analysis. Next, different types of peace culture promotion and education methods aimed at children in the books were analyzed. Results of the study revealed that although storybooks are believed to be preachers of peace and friendship, they mostly highlight such components as love, friendship and cooperation, and are not concerned with many other propositions of peace culture that are indispensable for peaceful coexistence in society.

This research deals with the analysis of the English novels of Harper lee’s to Kill a Mocking Bird and Charles Dickens’ Oliver Twist and their impact on child rights.The research has deployed inferential-analytical approach. First, child and his conditons as one of the major characteristics of the two novels was analyzed and then via the frame work of child right convention, the formation of the convention and the influence of such literary endeavours on child conditions were analyzed. Alongside the analysis of the personal and intellectual view points, the scope of the research was confined to the fictional elements of characteriztion and setting. The analyses revealed that in Harper Lee the child as the narrator presents the adults’ problems with which she will be afflicted with in the future and in Oliver Twist, child and his conditons are the major leading theme of the novel indicating that the two writers have highlighted the child rights’ obsessions in the literary and scientific circles.
