    Purpose

    The blended training implies a continuous process of teaching and learning. Therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of determining the causal relationships between the identified factors in the development model of blended training in Tehran education.

    Methodology

    The current research in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was descriptive from survey type. The population of this study was all the managers and assistants of education in Tehran city, which number of 242 manager and assistant were selected as a sample using the available sampling method. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire of development of blended training in education with 75 items. The data were analyzed with the methods of exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling in SPSS-V23 and LISREL-V8.8 software.

    Findings

    The results of this study indicated that the development model of blended training in education had three components of constituent factors, organizational factors and educational factors, which its validity and reliability were confirmed. Also, the development model of blended training in education had a good fit and in this model, organizational factors and educational factors had a positive and direct effect on constituent factors of blended training in education (P<0.05).

    Conclusion

    According to the results of this study, in order to improve the development of blended training in education can provide the ground for the realization of organizational factors and educational factors.

    Purpose

    Organizational citizenship behavior improves the organization's conditions and creates a competitive advantage, and on this basis, research on the development of organizational citizenship behavior education is very important. As a result, the current research was conducted with the aim of identifying affecting factors on the development of organizational citizenship behavior education and providing suitable managerial strategies.

    Methodology

    In a descriptive study from type of qualitative, among the universal and organizational experts of Islamic Azad University of Fars province in the 2021-2022 academic years, number of 19 people were selected as a sample by purposive sampling method and according to the principle of theoretical saturation. The samples were subjected to a semi-structured interview, which their validity was confirmed by the triangulation method and their reliability was obtained by the agreement coefficient method between two coders 0.83. The data from semi-structured interviews were analyzed with open, axial and selective coding method in MAXQDA-2020 software.

    Findings

    The results of the analysis showed that the affecting factors on the development of organizational citizenship behavior education had 35 indicators, 8 components and 3 dimensions. In this study, the dimensions were included individual factors with two components of citizenship knowledge and citizenship skills, organizational factors with three components of job satisfaction, organizational culture and job engagement and educational factors with three components of educational infrastructure, educational quality and employees as learners. Also, managerial strategies in the development of organizational citizenship behavior education were included 5 strategies of effective leadership, effective education, providing feedback and encouragement, applying guidelines and policies and promotion based on organizational citizenship behavior.

    Conclusion

    According to the affecting factors on the development of organizational citizenship behavior education and the five identified strategies for it can be prepared the ground for improving and promoting the organizational citizenship behavior.

    Purpose

    The quality of working life due to the improvement of the quality of human resources has been the focus of most managers and planners. As a result, the present research was conducted with the aim of identifying the components and indicators of the quality of working life of school managers.

    Methodology

    This study in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was descriptive from type of qualitative. The research population was experts who were familiar with the research field and the samples of this study according to the principle of theoretical saturation were determined 20 people who were selected by non-probability purposive and snowball sampling methods. The research tool was an in-depth interview with experts, whose content validity was confirmed by 10 experts in the field of educational management, and its reliability was calculated by the method of the coefficient of agreement between two coders of 0.77. Finally, the data obtained from the interviews were analyzed by coding method.

    Findings

    The results of the analysis showed that the quality of working life of school managers had 92 indicators in 5 components including the individual factors, group factors, organizational factors, managerial factors and educational factors. Finally, the pattern of components of quality of working life of school managers was drawn.

    Conclusion

    According to the results of this study, in order to improve the quality of working life of school managers should be provided the ground for the improvement of individual, group, organizational, managerial and educational factors affecting it.

    مطالعه حاضر به بررسی میزان رفتارهای پرخطر دانش آموزان و سنجش عوامل خانوادگی و آموزشی موثر بر آن در میان دانش آموزان دختر دبیرستان های دوره ی دوم ناحیه دو شهر کرمان در سال تحصیلی 1397-1398 می پردازد. کارکرد خانواده به عنوان متغیر اجتماعی و جو مدرسه به عنوان متغیر آموزشی در نظر گرفته شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق، برابر با 4309 نفر است که 353 نفر به عنوان نمونه تحقیق انتخاب شده اند. روش نمونه گیری، خوشه ای و تصادفی ساده بود و تحلیل آماری با استفاده از نرم افزار Spss23 و Amoss Graph22 انجام شده است. در این تحقیق از نظریات مک مستر ، فورت ونگلر و ولفگانگ و گلیکمن استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که متغیر پاسخگویی عاطفی و پس از آن کنترل رفتار در خانواده با ضریب رگرسیون استاندارد 380/0 و 300/0 به ترتیب، بالاترین ضریب تاثیر غیرمستقیم را با رفتارهای پرخطر دانش آموزان دختر داشته اند. از طرف دیگر بین متغیر کنترل رفتار در خانواده و رفتارهای پرخطر بالاترین ضریب مستقیم و معکوس (341/0-) وجود دارد. در نتیجه بر اساس نتایج، میزان رفتارهای پرخطر دانش آموزان در حد کم بوده است و مدرسه و خانواده تاثیر بالایی بر کاهش رفتارهای پرخطر دارند.

    The current study investigates the level of the student’s high-risk behaviors and measures Family and educational factors affecting it in High school girl students of second course in district two of Kerman city for academic year 1397-1398. Family function and school atmosphere is considered as social and educational variable respectively. The statistical population of the study is consisted of 4309 people out of which 353 are selected as sample by cluster and a simple random sampling method. The statistical analysis was performed using Spss23 and Amoss Graph22 software. The Study used the theories of McMaster, Furtwengier and Wolfgang and Gilman. The results indicated that the variable of emotional responsiveness and behavior control in the family (with standardized regression coefficients 0.380 and 0.300) had the highest indirect effective coefficient with high risk behaviors of girl students respectively. On the other hand, there is the highest direct and reverse coefficient (-0.341) between variable of behavior control in the family and high-risk behaviors. Consequently, according to the results, the rate of student’s high-risk behaviors was low and school and family had a high impact on reducing high-risk behaviors

    امروزه محیط زیست و حفظ آن یکی از مهم ترین چالش های جوامع بشری است. فاجعه زیست محیطی نه تنها آرامش و امنیت زندگی انسان را متاثر می سازد، بلکه سلامتی و هستی را در معرض تهدید جدی قرار می دهد. در این بین، آموزش را می توان به عنوان عاملی در نظر گرفت که به افراد برای ایجاد یک درک درست و حساسیت نسبت به محیط زیست و مسایل مرتبط با آن کمک می کند. در این مقاله که به صورت کتابخانه ای انجام شده است، به بررسی تاثیر عوامل آموزشی به تفکیک مخارج آموزشی دولت، تعداد دانشجویان، تعداد دانش آموزان، تعداد مدارس و نرخ باسوادی بر شاخص رفتارهای زیست محیطی (انتشار گاز دی اکسیدکربن) در ایران طی دوره های زمانی 1395-1361 پرداخته شده  و برای برآورد اثرات متغیرها نیز از تکنیک اقتصادسنجی به شیوه خود توضیح برداری با وقفه های گسترده (ARDL) استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان می دهد افزایش شاخص های آموزشی منجر به کاهش آلودگی محیط زیست در ایران طی دوره های زمانی مورد بررسی می شود.

    Nowadays, environment and the protection of it is one of the mostimportant challenges of the human societies. Environmental disaster notonly affects peace and security of human life, but also the health beingput under serious threat. In the meantime, education can be considered asa factor to help people in creating an understanding and sensitivity to theenvironment and related issues. In this paper, the impact of sociologicalindices of educational factors separated by government educationexpenditures, number of students, number of schools and the literacy rateon environmental behavior Index (carbon dioxide emissions) has beenanalyzed over the period 1982 to 2016. The auto regressive distributedlag (ARDL) technique has been employed to estimate the effects ofvariables. The empirical results suggest that, increasing educationalindicators led to the reduction of environmental pollution in Iran.

    Purpose
    The purpose of this study was to provide an optimal model for the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education on graduate students in university.
    Methodology
    This research was carried out in a mixed method. The statistical population of this research in the qualitative part included experts in the scientific community and academic experts who had executive backgrounds at decision-making levels and the quantitative part all graduates of the management faculty in the Islamic Azad University of Central Tehran branch, which were a total of 1500 graduate students. Using Cochran's equation, 305 subjects were evaluated. The subjects were randomly introduced from the statistical population and selected as the statistical sample. A researcher-made questionnaire was used for collecting data on a five-point scale containing 42 items. Its face and content validity was confirmed by 10 experts and its reliability in a preliminary test with 30 subjects for all variables studied was obtained above 0.7, which was acceptable. For data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics of structural equation analysis in Smart PLS software and Kolmogorov-Smirnov test in SPSS software were used.
    Findings
    The findings showed that the cultural, economic, political, social, educational and demographic factors influenced entrepreneurship education.
    Conclusion
    Entrepreneurship education is one of the most important categories in the field of education, which serious attention to it causes the economic, educational and social development of students. Therefore, raising entrepreneurs in the country can be considered as a first step in the development of education.

    پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی عوامل موثر بر پدیده انتقال آموزش به محیط کار با یاددهی یادگیری سازمانی کارکنان فرماندهی انتظامی استان خراسان شمالی در سال 97-96 می باشد. بر طبق روش از نوع تحقیقات همبستگی و بر اساس هدف، زمان و موقعیت، کاربردی، گذشته نگر، آینده نگر، کتابخانه ای و میدانی (توصیفی، پیمایشی) است. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از دو پرسشنامه «انتقال آموزش به محیط کاربر اساس مدل هولتون و بیتس (LTSI 2000)؛ و پرسشنامه ی محقق ساخته ی یاددهی - یادگیری سازمانی؛  که به ترتیب دارای 51 و 38 سوال می باشند استفاده شده است؛ بر طبق اطلاعات گرفته شده تعداد کارکنان مشغول به خدمت در فرماندهی انتظامی خراسان شمالی  3000 نفر می باشند. بر اساس فرمول کوکران تعداد نمونه در نظر گرفته شده، 341 نفر تعیین شد که در این بین بعد از توزیع پرسشنامه ها 300 پرسشنامه جمع آوری شد؛ لذا پس از جمع آوری داده ها به جهت تلخیص داده ها با نرم افزار آماری 25 Spss و PLS ابتدا پس از سنجش نرمال بودن داده ها و تایید مقیاس مورد استفاده، فرضیه های پژوهش با استفاده از مدل های تحلیل مسیر، رگرسیون و سپس از آزمون همبستگی برای بررسی وضعیت روابط ابعاد و متغیرهای پژوهش استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش در ارتباط با فرضیه اصلی پژوهش حاکی از این بود که بین متغیر مستقل انتقال آموزش به محیط کار و یاددهی _ یادگیری سازمانی با اطمینان0/095 رابطه وجود دارد. همچنین در ارتباط با فرضیه های فرعی پژوهش می توان عنوان داشت: بین عوامل فردی و عوامل سازمانی با یاددهی - یادگیری سازمانی ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد.  در حالی که بین عوامل آموزشی، سابقه خدمت و تحصیلات با یاددهی - یادگیری سازمانی ارتباط معناداری وجود ندارد.

    The present study was carried out to investigate the factors affecting learning transfer to workplace for organizational learning-training of Northern Khorasan Police Command Staff during 2017-2018. This is an applied research of correlation type conducted as retrospective-prospective, library and field (descriptive survey) research. Data were collected by two questionnaires viz. learning transfer system inventory (LTSI) developed by Holton et al (2000) including 51 items and a self-administered scale of organizational learning-training including 38 items. According to information gathered in this research, 3000 employees work in Northern Khorasan police office; out of which a sample 431 individuals was selected using Cochran’s formula. 300 complete questionnaires were collected after distribution of the instrument within the sample. After confirming validity and reliability of the instrument and approving data normal distribution, research hypotheses were tested using SPSS 25 and PLS software by path analysis, regression and correlation test to evaluate the relations among the research variables. The results regarding the main hypothesis indicated that there was significant correlation between learning transfer to workplace and organizational learning-training (p<0.05). Moreover, considering sub-hypotheses, it was revealed that there is significant relation between personal and organizational factors and organizational learning-training; whereas there is no significant relation between educational factors, job experience and education level with organizational learning-training.
