هدف
این پژوهش با هدف طراحی و ارائه الگویی بهینه برای برنامه ی درسی تربیت اجتماعی فطری در دوره ی ابتدایی انجام شده است.
روش شناسی:
این پژوهش به صورت کیفی و با استفاده از تحلیل محتوای کیفی و تحلیل اسنادی انجام شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل معلمین و صاحب نظران در شهر تهران بود که به طور هدفمند انتخاب شدند. داده ها از طریق مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته جمع آوری شد و تحلیل داده ها تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت.
یافته هایافته های پژوهش نشان داد که اهداف تربیت اجتماعی فطری شامل مواردی همچون تفکر و تعقل، راستگویی و صداقت، مسئولیت پذیری، همکاری و تقویت اعتماد به نفس است. همچنین، استفاده از روش های تدریس متنوع مانند آموزش تعاملی و یادگیری از طریق بازی و پروژه ها، و استفاده از روش های ارزیابی متنوع مانند ارزیابی مستمر و خودارزیابی به عنوان عناصر کلیدی در بهبود تربیت اجتماعی دانش آموزان مورد تایید قرار گرفت.
نتیجه گیرینتایج این پژوهش نشان می دهد که برای بهبود تربیت اجتماعی دانش آموزان در دوره ی ابتدایی، لازم است برنامه های درسی به گونه ای طراحی شوند که علاوه بر تقویت مهارت های شناختی، به توسعه ی مهارت های اجتماعی، عاطفی و اخلاقی نیز بپردازند. پیشنهاد می شود که سیاست گذاران آموزشی و طراحان برنامه های درسی به ادغام ارزش های اجتماعی و اخلاقی در برنامه های درسی مدارس ابتدایی توجه بیشتری داشته باشند.

MethodologyThis research was conducted using a qualitative approach, employing content analysis and document analysis methods. The study's population included teachers and experts in Tehran, selected purposefully. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, and analysis continued until theoretical saturation was achieved.
FindingsThe findings revealed that the goals of innate social education include elements such as thinking and reasoning, honesty and integrity, responsibility, cooperation, and building self-confidence. Additionally, the use of diverse teaching methods, such as interactive learning and learning through games and projects, along with diverse assessment methods like continuous assessment and self-evaluation, were identified as key components in improving students' social education.
ConclusionThe results of this study suggest that to enhance social education in elementary students, curricula should be designed to not only strengthen cognitive skills but also develop social, emotional, and ethical skills. It is recommended that educational policymakers and curriculum designers give greater attention to integrating social and ethical values into elementary school curricula.

Purpose
The objective of this study is to develop and validate a comprehensive coaching leadership model for elementary school principals.
MethodologyThis research employed a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative techniques. The qualitative component involved semi-structured interviews with 15 experts in educational leadership to identify key components of the coaching model. The quantitative component included a survey distributed to 353 elementary school principals, with data analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM) through SPSSwin20 and SMART PLS 8 software. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were confirmed with a Cronbach's alpha of 0.85.
FindingsThe findings indicate that the proposed coaching leadership model significantly improves principals' competencies in instructional leadership, organizational management, and relationship-building. Confirmatory factor analysis demonstrated strong factor loadings and satisfactory model fit indices (GFI = 0.934, CFI = 0.944, RMSEA = 0.064). The model's effectiveness was further supported by enhanced teacher performance and a positive school climate, corroborating existing research on the benefits of coaching in educational leadership. The study identified key strategies such as professional growth, networking, and organizational support as crucial for effective coaching.
ConclusionThe coaching leadership model developed in this study holds significant promise for enhancing the leadership competencies of elementary school principals. By providing personalized support and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, coaching can empower principals to effectively manage school operations, support teacher development, and improve student learning outcomes. This model offers a practical framework for implementing coaching programs tailored to the specific needs of school principals, with implications for broader educational policy and practice.

Purpose
One of the fields with the highest number of students at Farhangian University is Primary Education. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to evaluate the quality of the Primary Education program at Farhangian University based on the CIPP model.
MethodologyThis study was applied in terms of objective and descriptive-survey in terms of implementation method. The study population included faculty members, educational group managers, and graduates of Primary Education from Farhangian University campuses in Tehran province during 2019-2022, and primary school principals in Tehran city in 2022. The sample size was estimated to be 276 individuals (20 faculty members, 6 educational group managers, 200 graduates of Primary Education, and 50 primary school principals) selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with faculty members and educational group managers and a researcher-made questionnaire filled out by all sample members. The data were analyzed using open, axial, and selective coding methods and examining the desirability of axial and selective codes.
FindingsThe findings indicated that for the quality of the Primary Education program at Farhangian University based on the CIPP model, 88 open codes, 31 axial codes, and 7 selective codes were identified.
ConclusionThe results of this study indicated that the status of the Primary Education program at Farhangian University based on the CIPP model was not at a desirable level and improvement of the identified open, axial, and selective codes in this research is necessary for enhancement.

در ایران زمان ناصرالدین شاه، نظام آموزشی بیش از پیش موردتوجه اندیشمندان ایران قرار گرفت. آن ها انجام اصلاحات در عرصه های مختلف را با آگاهی مردم در ارتباط دانستند و از ضرورت آموزش همگانی سخن به میان آوردند و به دنبال آن، اصلاح آموزش ابتدایی را به منزله زیربنای آموزش همگانی مورد توجه قرار دادند. رویکرد این اندیشمندان به آموزش ابتدایی و نسبت راهکارهای آنان برای تحول در آموزش ابتدایی با واقعیت های زمانه و اصول آموزش ابتدایی مسئله ای است که در تحقیق حاضر با روش توصیفی تحلیلی و با استفاده از آثار اندیشمندان آن دوره مورد بررسی قرار میگیرد و به این پرسش پاسخ داده می شود که آیا راهکارهای اندیشمندان ایران عصر ناصری برای آموزش ابتدایی و همگانی شدن آن با واقعیت های روز و اصول آموزش ابتدایی مطابقتی داشتند؟ نتیجه تحقیق حاکی از آن است که اندیشمندان این دوره باوجود درک درست از نقش آموزش ابتدایی در تعلیم عمومی، با اصرار به راهکارهایی مانند اصلاح الفبا از واقعیت های زمانه و اصول آموزش ابتدایی فاصله گرفته اند.

They realized the correlation between reforms in various areas and raising the public’s awareness and discussed the necessity of public education. Consequently, they emphasized the reformation of elementary education as the basis of public education. These thinkers’ approach to elementary education and the relevance of their solutions for reforming elementary education to the realities of the time and the principles of elementary education is the issue that will be studied in the present research by applying a descriptive-analytical method and using the works of the thinkers of that era. This research seeks to answer the question whether the solutions offered by the thinkers of the Nasseri Era to reform elementary education and make it public bore any correspondence to the realities of the time and the principles of elementary education. Results of this research indicate that although the thinkers of that era had a proper conception of the role of elementary education in public education, by insisting on solutions such as reforming the alphabet, they were distanced from the realities of the time and the principles of elementary education.

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نگرش مدیران و معلمان مدارس در خصوص جایگاه موزه به عنوان یک رسانه آموزشی و فرهنگی در آموزش و پرورش انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه مدیران و معلمان دبستان های دولتی شهر شیراز بود. جهت انتخاب نمونه آماری از روش سرشماری استفاده و مدیران و معلمان 10 مدرسه که دانش آموزان آن ها به صورت مرتب از موزه ها بازدید داشته یا نداشته بودند به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب گردید. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده است. نتایج بیانگر این بود که میزان ارزش آموزشی و فرهنگی موزه ها از دید مدیران و معلمان دبستان های شهر شیراز بالاتر از سطح متوسط می باشد. نتایج دیگر نشان داد که بین دیدگاه مدیران و معلمان مدارسی که از موزه ها بازدید داشته اند و مدیران مدارسی که از موزه ها بازدید نداشته اند، در مورد ارزش آموزشی و فرهنگی موزه ها تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد. نتایج نشان داد که بین دیدگاه مدیران و معلمان مدارسی که به موزه ها مراجعه کرده اند و مدیران و معلمان مدارسی که به موزه ها مراجعه نکرده اند، درباره ی عوامل درونی موثر بر بازدید از موزه ها تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. اما بین دیدگاه مدیران و معلمان درباره عوامل برون سازمانی موثر موثر بر بازدید از موزه ها تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد.

The statistical population of the study included all principals and teachers of public primary schools in Shiraz. Principals and teachers of 10 schools, whose students regularly visited the museums, were selected as the statistical sample by using the census method. A researcher-made questionnaire is used to collect information. The results showed that principals and teachers of primary schools in Shiraz believed that the level of the educational and cultural value of museums is higher than the average level. Other results showed that there was no significant difference between the attitudes of school principals and teachers who visited museums and those of school principals who did not visit museums in terms of the educational and cultural value of museums. On the other hand, there is a significant difference between the attitudes of school principals and teachers who have visited museums and those of principals and teachers who have not visited museums in terms of the internal factors influencing the visits to museums; however, there is no significant difference between the attitudes of principals and teachers in terms of the external factors affecting their visits to the museums.

واکاوی تجربه ی زنان تازه استخدام شده در سازمان های دولتی شهر ایلام در بازه ی زمانی سال های 1394 تا 1397 هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر است. تعداد 21 مصاحبه ی عمیق با روش کیفی در بین تمامی زنان شاغل تازه استخدام شده شهر ایلام با استفاده از نمونه گیری هدفمند و نظری تا رسیدن به مرحله ی اشباع داده ها انجام و برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از شیوه تحلیل تماتیک بهره گرفته شد. خروجی مصاحبه ها در قالب 6 مقوله ی اصلی، 22 مقوله ی فرعی و 89 کد مفاهیم، کدگذاری شد. نتایج نشان داد که زنان تازه استخدام شده تجربه ی خود را از فرایند اجتماعی سازی بدو خدمت شامل تجربه های خوشایند یا ناخوشایند و دانش حقوقی در روزهای اول استخدام بیان کردند. انتظار زنان شاغل از برنامه ی توجیهی بدو استخدام شامل دو محور نیازسنجی و مدیریت عملکرد شغلی است که مقوله ی نیازسنجی بیشترین اهمیت را از منظر زنان شاغل تازه استخدام شده دارد. همچنین مقوله های آشناسازی با فرایندهای درون سازمانی و آموزش در نقش و یادگیری سازمانی ازجمله نیازهای آموزشی زنان شاغل در بدو استخدام بیان شده اند. زنان شاغل مهم ترین دغدغه را شامل حمایت و پشتیبانی عاطفی و توجیه مقدماتی و مسائل و مشکلات را عواملی مانند تنش و اضطراب، سازمان دهی نامناسب و ضعف مدیریت در بدو خدمت دانسته اند.کلید واژگان: تجربه ی زیسته, زنان تازه استخدام شده, فرایند اجتماعی سازی, آموزش مقدماتی سازمانThe purpose of this study is to examine the experience of newly hired women in government organizations in the city of Ilam during the period from 2015 to 2018. A total of 21 interviews were conducted with qualitative method among all employed newly employed women in Ilam city, using purposeful and theoretical sampling. To analyze the data, the method of thematic analysis was taken. The output of the interviews was coded in 6 main categories, 22 sub categories and 89 code concepts. The results showed that newly recruited women expressed their experience of the socialization process at work, including pleasant or unpleasant experiences and legal knowledge in the first days of employment. The expectations of employed women from the recruitment justification program include two dimensions of need assessment and job performance management, which is the most important issue in terms of needing to be measured in terms of the number of newly employed women. Also, identification categories have been described with in-organization processes and training in role and organizational learning, including the educational needs of employed women at the time of recruitment. Employed women consider the most important concern to include emotional support and elemental justification, and issues and problems such as stress and anxiety, inadequate organization and poor management at the start of service.Keywords: life experience, Newly Recruited Women, Socialization Process, Elementary Education

PurposeThe purpose of the present study was Presentation of Competency Model Needed by Elementary Education Graduates of Farhangian University based on the theory Deliberative Inquiry. The method of qualitative research, type of phenomenology and content analysis, was a statistical society of faculty members in the field of curriculum and all scientific sources and documents.MethodThe semi-structured interview data collection method and the use of checklist and encoding were used. Also, for interpreting the data, an interpretative analysis method was used.
Findings: The results of the research show that the experts of the curriculum have considered contemplative, developing thinking, arts and aesthetics, perception, problem solving, decision making, skill orientation, and professional development.ConclusionAccordingly, four main curriculum elements Flexibly, including educational goals, educational content, teaching methods and evaluation, were analyzed and the optimal model of elementary curriculum for teacher students of Farhangian University was designed in 3 main areas of knowledge, attitude and ability (skill), and was evaluated and validated The validation results show that the proposed pattern is relatively favorable.Keywords: Curriculum, Schwab's Practical Theory, Dimensions, Components, elementary education, Deliberative Inquiry
