In order to achieve the goals of training and actualization of internal talents, using past experiences, existing teachings, and considering the speed of developments and the nature of possible future battles, and to increase the capability and efficiency of IRGC forces, a doctrine based on principles and values ​​must be presented. The revolution should be compiled in accordance with the mission needs of the IRGC. In this research, we will compile the doctrine of training and education of the Revolutionary Guards. The present research is of developmental-applied type and is mixed with the research approach and is done using case-based method. The statistical population consists of military experts and specialists in the armed forces who have a history of service in strategic positions or a brigadier general position in the IRGC and the General Staff of the Armed Forces or have a doctorate or have scientific research in the subject of this dissertation. For data analysis, first, by conducting theoretical studies, documentary studies, as well as expert meetings, the principles and factors affecting the development of the doctrine of training and education of the Revolutionary Guards were identified. To extract the principles, the content analysis method and data coding of the foundation were used and to analyze the collected data, quantitative statistical methods, frequency distribution tables and inferential diagrams were used to explain the answers to the questions. Using statistical software such as SPSS, the principles were tested and reviewed. Finally, 12 doctrinal principles were extracted; 1) merit, 2) religious education, 3) proportion, 4) dynamism, 5) flexibility, 6) cohesion, 7) supply, 8) efficiency, 9)  continuity, 10) experience Central, 11) localization and 12) development.

Spirituality is an unlimited spiritual talent that flourishes in connection with God. Spirituality means secret and need with God, spirit, thought and sincerity, relying on the element of faith and firm and stable belief, in order to prepare for the field of action and struggle and confronting the enemies of the Islamic Revolution, the result of which is insight. The main goal of the research is to explain organizational spirituality from the perspective of the Supreme Leader. Researchers who have investigated the foundations of spirituality have used western researches to explain spirituality. For this reason, the development of this approach to Islamic societies is not correct. Organizational spirituality is considered one of the main elements in the armed forces, and its explanation based on the Supreme Leader's point of view can be of great help to decision-making commanders and managers to assess the situation of the armed forces of the Islamic Revolution. In order to explain organizational spirituality, the method of data-based theory based on the statements of the Supreme Leader was used. The keyword of spirituality was investigated among the armed forces as the studied organization. Focus group and Delphi were used for validation. The results of the analyzes showed that organizational spirituality has the nature of spirituality, organizational excellence, the consequences of spirituality, preservation of spirituality and anti-spirituality, which is effective in the environment of the Islamic Revolution. The nature of spirituality shows sincerity, faith, piety, insight, self-improvement, moral virtues, struggle, knowledge, stewardship, perseverance, connection with God and divine help. Organizational excellence includes loyalty, pragmatism, organization, human capital management, organizational identity and trust. The consequence of organizational spirituality includes revolutionary ideals, success and progress, justice, companionship of God, and material and spiritual authority. Based on the results of the research, spirituality is a way to refine the soul, by following God's goals and respecting moral values ​​and virtues in order to connect with God, the Blessed and Exalted, perfecting the human being and achieving knowledge and insight.

The doctrine of training and education is a set of guiding principles that guide the performance and actions to achieve the goals and vision of training, educating employees and empowering their outward and inward talents in order to grow, excel, flourish, and realize potential and achieve their desired perfection. Then, using specialized statistical software as well as related software such as SPSS, Excel, the principles and requirements were tested and reviewed.Finally, based on the analysis of documentary analysis and the principles and factors affecting the development of the strategic doctrine of training and education of the Revolutionary Guards, the requirements for fulfilling the 12 principles of the strategic doctrine of training and education of the Revolutionary Guards, 70 titles were approved.

Summary In the present era, no organization can be seen as the integrity and integrity of the ethics, especially its most prominent. If honesty prevails over the organization, it will be effective in the success of the organization. Therefore, this article seeks to investigate the organizational integrity model in the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) using the basis of data analysis to analyze the opinions and ideas of the leaders of the Islamic Revolution. On the basis of this, all the documents were studied in full. In order to achieve the theoretical saturation of the selected propositions, the result was analyzed through open coding, 4309 codes, 56 sub-concepts, 294 concepts, 21 subcategories and 26 categories regarding the subject of the research and identified by the axial coding of the paradigm research pattern Was counted. Based on the findings of the research in the resulting pattern of data, the identified categories are: causal categories including the victory of the Islamic Revolution, the goals and aspirations of the IRGC and internal and external threats, environmental categories such as the status and status of the Guards in the society, organization and organization , Intermediate categories such as divine affairs, support, unity and cohesion, individual and organizational values, strategic issues including spirituality, insight, spirituality, education, commander / director, service, ethics, publicity, education, behavioral advancement, advancement and self-reliance And after-effects categories Such as, preserving the Islamic Revolution and its achievements, power, defense, development and promotion of the sacred system of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
