The effect of meaning - making training at work in career happiness of Isfahan Uuniversity employee

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of meaningmaking at work on career happiness on Isfahan university employee. The sample was 66 employee working in Isfahan university.They were placed randomly in the experimental (N=33) and control group (N=33). The dependent variables include career happiness and burn out which were assessed by researcher-made Career Happiness Inventory. The independent variables include meaning –making at work training that was trained to employee in five sessions After data collection, the data were analyzed by SPSS soft ware and results showed that meaning –making at work training increased career happiness.
