Investigating the relationship between organizational climate and entrepreneurship morale; the case of Iran khodro Dizel Corporation
The research was to examine the relationship between organizational climate and Entrepreneurship Morale among the working staff of the Iran Khodro Dizel Corporation. The research applied a descriptive correlational method to study 196 participants chosen from among the staff personnel of the Corporation through the stratified random sampling. Two questionnaires were used as the main instruments of the study. The first one (the entrepreneurship morale questionnaire) designed by the researcher based on the basic theoretical and scientific principles of designing items for the variable entrepreneurship morale. The validity of the questionnaire was determined with respect to the views of a number of faculty members in administration and Cronbach Alpha analysis was applied to ascertain the reliability of the questionnaire. The second questionnaire was the standard questionnaire of the organizational climate (Sam deep & Lyle Sussman) which is based on the ideas and investigations made by Halpin & Croft. The collected data were analyzed through both descriptive and inferential statistics (Pearson Correlation, Multiple regression One_ Way analysis of variance and Schefe test). The results of this research showed that there is a significant relationship between organizational Climate and intrepreneurship Morale of the participants. In addition, a significant and positive relationship was found between the components of the two variables. In other words participants with BS and above degrees showed higher levels of entrepreneurship morale than those with lower degrees. Finally, there was no significant relationship between working experience and the participant’s entrepreneurship morale. This is to say that participants with greater working experience were not necessarily higher in entrepreneurship morale.
