An Investigation on the Ovary and Testicle Transplant

The transplant of the ovary and testicle is a modern method to cure the problem of the infertility of the spouses، which is not applied yet،while it is still under experimentation. Yet it is hoped to be put into practice to solve the problem of infertility in couples soon. According to an account in an American magazine/review،the testicle transplant was operated successfully by Silber for the first time. Silber was able to transplant a twin''s testicle to his own twin brother،who was deprived of testicles. In three other transplanted patients operated in Germany،the sperm was observed in the semen liquid. This paper aims to reveal the application of this modern method in relation to its jurisprudential problem while offering a solution to the quest of the birth blood relationship of the child through the ovary and testicle transplant. The research findings in this concern prove that the infertile couples can benefit from bearing children through the advantage of such transplants while preserving their blood relationship. The donated organ turns into the original body member of the donated individual. As a result،the sperm or ovule is made into the donated testicle and ovary while the blood relationship of the child in such transplants is preserved.
