Relationship between satisfaction and behavior of police station employees

Abstract:
The organizations to improve their tasks and coordinate with the society should continuously consider the customers’ needs and expectations of performance and conduct of executive agents, thus, the objective of this study is to consider the satisfaction of citizens with the behavior of employees in Karaj central police station, in 2011. As respect to the objective, this study is applied and descriptivecorrelative survey. Its sampling population consists of all people referred to Karaj central police stations that have been selected by cluster sampling and then analyzed. The data was collected by researcher-made questionnaire. The results shows that people were relatively satisfied with behavior of police station employees And this result indicate the positive performance of police forces in this context and their emphasis on Customers’ satisfaction.
