An analysis on status of the application of research findings in NAJA

The research application is a very important concept in research management that according to the expert's idea neglecting of it will lead research efforts remain fruitless. The general aim of the present study is describe the application of research findings in NAJA research lines and offer practical solutions to an audience and decision makers of the said findings to optimize the use of research findings. This research from the purpose point of view is applied, and its method is descriptive - documentation data collection. The research community is all accepted research projects by commanders, deputies and specialized police chiefs and due to limited statistical population census sampling was done. Data collection of this research is interview and present documents. The results showed that the average level police commanders and managers will be notified of the results of completed researches through participation in Research Councils and study of research reports, and research findings are used in policy and decision making of commanders and managers. Also, the communication barriers are at the top of the application of research findings barriers in the police and are followed by cultural barriers, methodological barriers, human and organizational barriers which have the highest to the lowest impact on the application of research results.
