The Study of Relationship between Moral Intelligence and Social Capital with the Responsibility in Students(Case Study:University of Kashan)

Abstract:
Objectives
The purpose of this research is to study the relationship between moral intelligence and social capital with the responsibility in students at University of Kashan. Method
Research type is descriptive correlative. The statistical population consisted of 7132 student's in Universities of Kashan in academic year 2014-2015 that by Morgan table from the 7132, 364 ones were chosen by using stratified randomized sampling. Data collection tools are moral intelligence questionnaire with 40 items in 3 component (honesty, forgiveness & compassion), social capital questionnaire with 24 items in 4 components (social partnership, social integration, social belongings & social trust) and responsibility questionnaire with 42 items in 5 components (self-management, trusteeship, dutifulness, organizing & progressivism). Questionnaires content & construction validity confirmed. reliability coefficients were obtained equal to 0.83 for moral intelligence, 0.87 for social capital and 0.91 for responsibility. Data analyses were used in descriptive level (frequency, percentage, mean & standard deviation) and inferential level (t-test, pearson correlation coefficient, regression, structural equation modeling & path analysis) through Spss and Amos software’s. Results
The findings of the research indicate that the average rate of moral intelligence; social capital and responsibility components are higher than theory average (3). There are positive and significant relationship between moral intelligence and social capital with responsibility. Conclusion
The author of the research concludes efforts to introduce and identify the status of moral intelligence and social capital in the development of student’s responsibility and its role in the future of academic life and career is very importantKeywords:
