The Possibility of Implementing Participative Management Through the Suggestion Systems in Shahid Sattari Air University

Participative management is a new idea proposed in the field of enhancing the efficiency of organizational activities. This kind of management has emphasized on voluntary cooperation and participation of organizational members. Suggestions system is one of the fundamental and powerful mechanisms related to Participative management style which has developed in many private and public organizations.This research has considered the Possibility of implementing participative management through the suggestions system in Shahid Sattari University in terms of four variables: individual preparation of managers, individual preparation of staffs, structural preparation of organization and cultural preparation of organization. This research is an applied stuy using descriptive- survey method. The population of intrest consists of Shahid Sattari Air University employees, among which 153 people were selected randomly. Data collection tools was a researcher-made questionnaire. The results show that the current condition of variables related to the individual preparation of managers, individual preparation of staffs and cultural preparation of organization have been appropriate but structural preparation of organization hasn’t located in a good condition.
