Analyze The Effect Of Servant Leadership On Organizational Citizenship Behavior: The Mediating Role Of Psychological Empowerment. Organizational Justice And Job Satisfaction

Abstract:
The aim of this research is to analyze the direct effect of servant leadership on organizational citizenship behavior and also to investigate this relation through of psychological empowerment. Organizational justice and job satisfaction. This research is correlation study. The statistical community is all the employees of Marun oil and gas company which 250 persons have been selected by simple random selection. Data have been gathered by servant leadership، psychological empowerment. Organizational justice، job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire، and analyzed with structural equation modeling and bootstrap method. Structural equation modeling analyses indicated that the proposed model fit the data properly. The results supported the direct effect of servant leadership on organizational citizenship behavior and indirect effect of servant leadership on organizational citizenship behavior through psychological empowerment and Organizational justice. Therefore، with the use of servant leadership style، the organization can see empowerment of employees، organizational justice، increase job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior.
