The Analysis of social media roles towards to modern lifestyle among Iranian youth

Abstract:
Today, with the advancement of information and communication technologies such as social media, communities have been many changes and many changes in culture and everyday life people have created. So can be said that new media influences the way of life and public preferences in society. Therefore, the aim of this study was to analyze the role of social media in youth tendencies to modern life style. This paper presents a survey conducted using a voluntary and available sampling method and the use of online questionnaire was developed by the researchers. The population consisted of young users of social media in the five cities of Isfahan, Tehran, Tabriz, Mashhad, Sari in 1393 constitute a sample size is 2,100. The findings suggest that the duration of membership, usage, type of use (targeted or non-targeted) real treat social media content and orientation of the new life style in dimensions such as fashion, attention and attitude of the body, Leisure , there is a direct correlation. But the independent variables mentioned above with the dress (hijab trend) have a significant negative relationship.
