Measuring Levels of Organization Citizenship Behavior Traffic Police (The Case Study of North Khorasan)

Abstract:
The Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB), which is a new topic in organizational behavior, is indeed voluntary and extra-role behavior, while the organization is not designed to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the emergence. Thanks to the importance of this study was organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) to measure North Khorasan is the traffic police. The survey method, the cross-sectional and applied study. Sampling, simple random number of 127 employees of traffic police in North Khorasan were selected. This study, using a standard questionnaire was used. In this study, one-sample t-test was used. Results show that the altruism, organizational works ethic, sportsmanship institutional, organizational propriety and social mores traffic organization in north Khorasan is above average.
