Performance Evaluation of Sport Federation Applying European Foundation for Quality Management Excellence Index: Case Study (Canoeing federation)

Studies show that Performance Assessment has been a major Component of Competitive Strategy to enhance Organizational Productivity and Profitability. In this Regard the Purpose of this Research is to Performance Evaluation of Canoeing, Rowing& Sailing Federation Applying European Foundation for Quality Management Excellence Model. It is an Applicable Descriptive Research which is used survey Method for data Gathering. The Population of the survey includes Federation president, Secretary, vice President, Employees, coaches, Referees, athletes and Members (N=61).we used total Number Practices method for selecting samples and a Questionnaire designed by Researcher. Data Gathering method in this Research was based on Standard questionnaire of European Foundation for Quality Management Excellence Model (EFQM).
