A comprehensive survey on the universal effects and reflection of the Islamic Revolution on the other nations shows that due to cultural and geographical proximity and distance of different societies with that of Iran, the impact rate of the Islamic Revolution has been different. The main hypothesis of the study is that among the whole of the affecting factors, the cultural and political factors receive the greatest share in the north and south Caucasus and some central Asian countries. The study aims at investigating the political-cultural effects of the Islamic Revolution on developments of the Caspian Sea littoral states. The results indicate that regardless of various obstacles, the Islamic Revolution has been capable to exert significant effects in these areas.
