The Affection of Fordyce Happiness Model on Increasing Martial Satisfaction of Mothers within Children Mental Retardation

This study aimed to investigate the effect of the Fordyce Happiness Model on marital satisfaction of mothers with educable mentally retarded son was performed in Iran-Andimeshk.
Material and In this study, the available sample is used; that is the first of the 30 mothers of these children were asked to participate on a voluntary basis for cooperation and after identifying the subjects, 15 subjects were randomly assigned to the experimental group and 15 patients were divided into a control group. After preparing the list of names of mothers of mentally retarded children, pick them randomly into two groups, experimental and control. Then purpose of the study was explained to them. Then Enrich marital satisfaction questionnaire as a pre-test was given to both groups and they were asked to express their opinion carefully. In the next stage of educational content by researchers by using cognitive-behavioral techniques in the framework of meetings and again Enrich marital satisfaction questionnaire after training at post-test was conducted on the subjects of both groups.
