The Study of the Status of Electronic Public Relations in the Development of Administrative System of Iran

This article examines the status of electronic public relations in the development of administrative system of Iran. It has taken employees of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization as its statistical population and has conducted the research by using a survey method and questionnaire. The population number (total staff) was about 8000 people and by using Cochran sampling frame, we specified a sample size which amounted to 385 people. The results showed an efficient correlation between the quality of the interactive capabilities of electronic public relations and the effective interaction of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization with other establishments, between taking advantage of the ability to update news and information in electronic public relations and public awareness about the rights and mutual obligations of administrative system in the organization, between the quality of the tracking in public relations and electronic and administrative system’s monitoring and control practices in Cultural Heritage Organization and finally between the use of content by electronic public relations staff and the utilization the capacities of personnel in this organization.
