Abstract:

One of the main propose of industrial psychologists and organizational practitioners is to describe and depict the organizational behaviors. Meanwhile workplace bullying is a widespread issue in the work life and it’s also a part of work hazards in workplace, More over neglecting it may intensified. The aim of this study is to detect and evaluate the effective factors on workplace bullying. The research method in this study is blend of explorative mixed research method. In qualitative part 12 person were interviewed and Effective factors were identified using content analysis method and for the quantitative part 240 questionnaires were collected, Spss is used to evaluate data in quantitative part. The reliability test- retest is used for computing reliability of interviews, and also the Cronbach's alpha is used for perusing the reliability of questionnaire. The results show that Five main category were identified as effective factors, for which a number of sub-indicators were determined for each of them. The main factors include : contextual factors, individual-Psychological factors,occupational-professional factors, Organizational factors, behavioral-attitude organizational factors. among the known factors, the contextual factors have the most effect on bullying and the occupational factors had the less impact on bullying.
