Effective Social Factors on Violations and Non security Crimes in Intelligence Organizations
Scope and
Man force is the most fundamental as well as stable invest in organization. One of the factors which affects the developed man force is crime and violations which causes problem. The aim is to analyze the effective factors on non security crimes from the higher managers of organizations.
This study is an applied and descriptive –measuring method. The population consists of 200 high ranking managers which without determining the sample volume is implemented all numbering. Data gathering is used by documentarily study, library and researcher’s questionnaire. The questionnaire trend is used by expert opinions and its stability based on Kronbach alpha is determined 0.86 then by Lickert five degrees was compiled. Next it was distributed among census population.
Finding and
Finally after data gathering analyzed based on Fridman’s selection test.
the results showed organized in three subjects respectively(ignoring the personnel’s incoming status, weakness in recognizing organizational threats and damages, weakness in effective supervising) and then over organizational factors (social) in three factors( long living in infected areas, being effected by virtual webs and long working in infected and crime talented areas) had the most effect on committing crimes and personnel’s violations. The interesting point is that the individual factors has the least effect on committing crimes. Meanwhile, the most effective individual factors on committing crimes is not believing in religious principles as well as ignoring religious norms.
