Designing a Path Model for the Propulsions of Deviant Behaviors of Employees in a Military Organization
Paying attention to deviant behavior at work is crucial for organizations in terms of cost and achievement. The main purpose of the present research is to examine the pathway model of employees' deviant behaviors in organizations.
The present research is based on the objective, applied and based on the nature of the method, descriptive-survey. The statistical population of the research includes employees of one of the military organizations in Tehran. Using Morgan's table, 234 people have been selected for the research sample. The data gathering tool in this research is standard questionnaire. Visual analysis software has been used to analyze the information.
In order for government agencies to be safe from the pernicious behavior of employees, they should pay more attention to culture and culture. With the strengthening of cultural indicators in organizations, it can be largely maintained by the organization against these currents.
The results of the research showed that destructive leadership has a significant effect on employees' use of tools and unfair laws on negative attitudes of employees. Organizational injustice, the use of staff tools and negative attitudes of employees also have a significant effect on organizational cynicism. Organizational pessimism has a significant effect on job dissatisfaction and employees 'dissatisfaction has a significant effect on employees' deviant behaviors.
