The Presentation of a Structural Model for Implementing Meritocracy in Organizations by Using Understanding of Employees
In this research, in addition to the clarification of the concept of meritocracy and the process of meritocracy, attempts have been made to identify key elements of meritocracy and to determine the reciprocal relations and their interactions through the examination of the literature of the subject and experts' comments and the combination of the ideas of experts of Busherhr's police. Then, by using structural interpretive modeling, the relations between these key identification elements is presented and based on the obtained relations, a general structural model of the key elements of the identity of meritocracy is put forward. This structure can provide an organized and purposeful method for selection of people in accordance with the purposes and strategies of organization and identifies suitable elements and presents a proper standard for facilitating the process of decision-making
