Evaluation of Educational Jurisprudence: Assessment of Criticisms
It is essential to study, investigate and evaluate new ideas and disciplines. Educational jurisprudence is a branch of jurisprudence and a new field in educational research that is developing and expanding. It has an interdisciplinary identity that must be looked at and critically assessed. The present study has endeavored to identify, collect, formulate and then evaluate the criticisms regarding educational jurisprudence. Thus, the criticisms concerning educational jurisprudence have been sorted out under three categories: 1-the uselessness of educational jurisprudence; 2- the demerits of educational jurisprudence; 3- non-priority of educational jurisprudence. The author goes on to present the different narratives on each category and then assess and answer them. In the end, some points have been presented from pathological and futurological perspectives.
