Identification and prioritization of critical factorsin the Organizational Agility of Future NAJA
Organizational agility helps react strategically to uncertainty. In changing or uncertain situations, it improves performance in the long run. This paper identifies and prioritizes the critical factors in NAJA’s organizational agility. The paper uses Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) to answer the main question in the research: what factors and criteria are helpful for NAJA’s organizational agility? This is a descriptive-survey research. The population is carefully chosen. A researcher-made questionnaire is used to collect information. Since the data are normal, they are analyzed by means of Confirmatory Factor Test in LISREL. The main research findings show that a number of factors are critical for NAJA to have organizational agility, including agility motives, organizational structure, competence, solidarity and coordination, intelligence and awareness, empowerment culture, knowledge management, information management, change, flexibility, speed, technology, and job engineering.
