The survey on the technical challenges of Naja Payroll system maintenance and offering solutions to meet the challenges

Abstract:
Given the importance of information systems in organizations, high maintenance costs of these systems and the importance of payroll system in any organization, this study aimed to survey on the technical challenges of Naja Payroll system maintenance and offering solutions to meet the challenges. In this study, according to the different stages of feasibility, needs assessment, designing, implementation and maintenance of test systems for police payroll system, challenges and solutions to meet the above challenges have been recognized. This research was applied and the research method was descriptive-survey and the sampling universe consists of 40 people of Naja manpower deputy experts and Naja ICT deputy. The sampling method was census and the data-gathering tools were questionnaire, interview and studying articles and books. For measuring questionnaire validity the researchers have used content validity which confirmed according to experts and talents opinions and the reliability of the questionnaire was 0/94 which calculated through Cronbachs Alpha formula. In terms of solutions to address challenges, respectively, related to the calculation of process engineering solutions open to rewrite the payroll system software, creating a unified data repository based on a comprehensive system of human resources with respect to the distribution of data in the current system, the full implementation phase of engineering requirements Preparation process independent of the organizational structure-hold regular meetings to inform of any changes and providing for the software test conditions such as permanent data, the number of users and etc were introduced as the most effective solutions.
