The Legal Basis of Financial Resources Receiving in Islamic State and its Disturbing Dimensions

Every state needs adequate financial resources to pursue its goals and run its affairs, and the Islamic State is no exception and has to incur heavy costs and expenses in carrying out its duties. According to the laws and regulations governing the country, there are various ways to make money, which means that the government should actually be financed. The purpose of this paper, written with a descriptive-analytical approach and library resources, is to make the most of this research for practitioners, managers, economic planners, and the judicial community and lawyers.
