Designing a model of effective knowledge cooperation network in research organizations(Case study: Defense Industry Research Institute)

Today, the most important characteristic of organizational environments is rapid change, which has caused complexity and reduced the power of organizations in predicting future events and has challenged them on the path to success. In such a situation, an organization alone cannot cope with the complexity and competition. By drawing a new space, the cooperation network has provided the ground for strengthening innovation and increasing competitiveness and survival in the environment for the organization and reduces the existing costs and risks. But what does a cooperation network look like?

The present study, following the design of an effective cooperation network model in the Institute of Defense Industries, has identified the dimensions, components and influential elements. In this regard, taking advantage of the existing literature in the field of networks, the basic concepts are identified and using the data theorizing method of the foundation and interviews with experts, professors and defense managers related to the subject, open, pivotal and selective coding has been done
