Presenting a Virtualized Leadership Predictive Model based on Management, Structural, Background and Behavioral Variables
The present study was conducted with the aim of presenting a predictive model of virtuous oriented leadership based on managerial, structural, contextual and behavioral variables. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and (quantitative) in terms of data type.
The statistical population included all high school teachers in Saveh, 905 people. To determine the sample size, Krejcie and Morgan table method was used and 270 high school teachers in Saveh were selected as a sample by simple random sampling. Data were collected through documentary and field methods (standard and researcher-made questionnaire). In the present study, in order to determine the validity of the questionnaire, apparent, content and structural validity were used, and to determine the reliability, Cronbachchr('39')s alpha and combined reliability were used, which were all confirmed. To analyze the data, structural equation modeling tests and one-group t-test were used.
The results showed that the components of managerial, structural, contextual and behavioral variables are predictors of virtuous leadership.
According to the virtuous leadership model, school leaders and principals should develop virtues such as courage, justice, humanity, foresight, fair judgment, moderation and moderation in their behaviors, attitudes, skills and competencies to be based on them. Be able to be creative and innovative in the face of environmental hazards, respect teacherschr('39') personal ideas and ideas, pay attention to continuous and long-term educational activities.
