Analysis of evaluation and scientometrics of passive defense books Case: 1395 to 1398

Scientometric studies are a way to provide a clear picture of the scientific status of organizations, scientific centers and universities and institutes, as well as to analyze and evaluate scientific evidence. The aim of this study was to analyze the evaluation and scientometrics of the quantity and quality of passive defense books in the period 1395 to 1398. The type of research is applied and using descriptive-survey method and scientometrics of data of 170 volumes of books in the field of passive defense using descriptive statistical methods and formulas of authors' coefficient of cooperation and the effect of authors in full. Has been evaluated and analyzed. Findings show that until 2006, no book has been produced in Iran in the field of passive defense. In 2006 and 2007, only two books were published, and since 1988, with a significant leap, 27 volumes of books in the field of passive defense have been published. Until 1995, the process of book production has had ups and downs, in which a double jump has occurred in the production of defense books, but from 1995 to 1998, book production did not have a Saudi or declining trend in terms of quantity. There are several fluctuations. Military subjects account for more than 90% of the writings, and cultural subjects are in second place with a significant difference. More than 75% of all books have been written. The co-authorship coefficient is 0.518.
