Factors influencing the development of jihadi management in the future of the Islamic Revolution

Jihadi management is a management style derived from Islamic management that all its principles, foundations and components are in accordance with the principles, principles and management of Islam and its audit feature with Islamic management, the prominence of fighting spirit, self-sacrifice and self-sacrifice and The ultimate melting of the human will is in the divine will. The type of applied research and its method is descriptive-survey using Delphi technique. The purpose of this study is to "identify the factors affecting the development of jihadi management in the future Islamic Revolution." The statistical sample size of this research is 25 experts and experts in jihadi management in the Islamic Revolution of Iran. Researchers in response to the question of what are the factors influencing the development of jihadi management in the future Islamic Revolution? Prepare an interview form in relation to the research variables and after distributing and collecting, analyzing the collected information indicates that the effective factors in promoting jihadi management in the future Islamic Revolution have two dimensions, individual and organizational. And the statistical characteristics of these two studies are given. It is worth mentioning that the validity obtained using the Hallstiw formula (0.93) indicates that the interview form has a high validity.
