Designing a native model for business success according to the psychological characteristics of Iran's geographical areas

This study is based on a mixed (quantitative-qualitative) exploratory approach. In the first part, based on library studies and then specialized interviews, the indicators of business success were identified with a psychological approach. After the qualitative analysis stage, a questionnaire was distributed and data were collected from experts in the industrial towns of Semnan province, and the main and sub-components of success in business were extracted with a psychological approach. In the qualitative research method, theoretical and experimental experts including university professors and managers of Semnan Province Industrial Company included 10 experts who were selected by non-random snowball method and in the quantitative part, the statistical population is 325 people. The sample size was estimated to be 176 people using Krejcie and Morgan table, which were selected by simple random sampling. Data in the qualitative section were done by interview. ISM has been used, then in a small part, the partial least squares approach and Smart PLS software were used, and finally, the model of business success in Iran was designed according to the psychological and personality characteristics of entrepreneurs in the industrial sector of Semnan province
