Presenting the entrepreneurial leadership model based on the qualitative approach of grounded theory
Today, the development of countries is based on creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship. Achieving this goal is facilitated by entrepreneurial leadership. One of the areas of interest for researchers is the need of today's organizations for entrepreneurial leadership in such changing and unstable economic conditions. Entrepreneurial leadership is a style of leadership in which the leader emphasizes the group's performance in achieving organizational goals, which includes discovering and exploiting entrepreneurial opportunities. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to identify and explain the dimensions and components of entrepreneurial leadership in order to present a model. In this research, a qualitative method based on the Grand Theory approach has been used. The sampling method was purposeful and to collect data, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 14 board members and senior managers of the organization study(Saipa Automotive Company) . Data were analyzed through open coding, axial coding and selective coding and were classified into 355 codes, 72 concepts, 13 sub-categories and 5 main categories. Finally, the entrepreneurial leadership model by identifying and introducing 13 components and 5 dimensions, including Guidance (goal orientation, inspiration and role modeling), Facilitation (perceptual ability, communication ability and empowerment), Supporting (commitment, motivation and emotional intelligence), Coaching (team orientation and participation), Entrepreneurial activism (professionalism and entrepreneurial ability), has been designed and presented.
