Abstract:

Directional elements in an organization and institution, Determines its direction; The direction of movement is more important in larger institutions that have a central program character. . The purpose of this study is to obtain the guiding elements of the judicial system of the Islamic Republic of Iran in upstream documents. For this purpose , Quantitative and qualitative content analysis as well as the data method of the foundation have been used; Analysis of the data obtained from the set of upstream documents that are most relevant to the subject matter of the trial after three steps of open coding, Axial coding and selective coding were extracted simultaneously using Max QD software. The findings of this study show; From the constitutional point of view as the most important reference document and other related upstream documents; Judicial independence, along with factors such as fair, prompt and accurate proceedings in the judiciary, is one of the main components of the direction of the judicial system.
