Analysis of dimensions and components, the position of women in planning and designing public spaces in Iranian-Islamic cities (Case Study: Zahedan)
The use of Gender perspectives in urban planning has become widespread in the past decades and has led to the creation of projects called Gender planning or Gender-sensitive planning. Therefore, today one of the main focuses of urban design and urban planning, especially in the field of public spaces "Gender. Equality processing" in the design of urban spaces. The relationship between Gender and urban space is one of the most widely debated in the world today. In this regard, the purpose of the present study is the Analysis of dimensions and components, the position of women in planning and designing public spaces in Iranian- Islamic cities (Case Study: Zahedan). The purpose of the present study is applied research. In terms of method, it also falls into the qualitative-quantitative hybrid research group. SPSS software and TOPSIS model were used for measurement and analysis. Results of one-sample t-test for planning and designing public spaces in Zahedan in accordance with women's position in dimension (semantic, activity, social, physical) An indication of the poor state of the design of public spaces is commensurate with the position of women in these dimensions. According to the findings and calculations done in TOPSIS model, according to experts and experts, the activity dimension with the total score (0.833) is in the first place of influence. Also, the social dimension with a score of (0.776) are secondarily influential. According to the experts and experts, the physical dimension is of the utmost importance and importance in the planning and design of public spaces in Zahedan.
